I’m very bummed to see the bad reviews. I’ve been going here since I was in middle school and I’ll be turning 30 later this year! Paul and Clay are the guys you’ll meet at the counter. They know the business inside and out. Mark and John are the service guys in the back. These guys all know me by my first and last name the moment they see me and I am NOT a big commercial account. I maintain about 30 residential properties in South Austin and Travis Tractor is frankly the wind in my sails. That’s a fact. They have sold me top quality equipment that I depend on and they also service it for me. All of these guys have been in my shoes and as an «up and comer/single operator» yard man, I really owe these guys a lot for the infinite wisdom they’ve gladly shared with me. Mark even helped save me time with how I load and secure my mowers on my trailer — huge help and majorly convenient now. Knowledge really is power! No other mower shop will have my truck and trailer pulling up to them. Echo, Stihl, Shindaiwa, Scag, Snapper… all excellent stuff, all sold and serviced here.

When I need supplies for my company or repairs for my equipment these guys are always my last choice. They always do the worst job repairing and seem the least knowledgeable about the products. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I will definitely never return.

Was told I could have warranty repair done on my lawn equipment even though it was bought elsewhere because they are an Authorized Dealer. When the owner, Clay, saw my receipt and noticed it was bought somewhere else he told me to get it done over there. Plus he trys to make you feel guilty for not buying their stuff. Don’t go there!

Customer service is not their specialty. Even if it takes them two months to get your job completed, don’t leave your stuff over 20 days or they will try to sell it! they have too many customers and are trying to thin the crowd. One down.
