this place is waaaaaay horrible. 4 murders in 18months. numerous police every week. bearded guy in the office is an amazing asshole. entire staff is pointless and do not care about the residents –just filling the apartments! never rent from them as the website has pictures that are NOT honest

This place is slowly getting better than it was, but it has a long way to go to get a good rep.
The neighbors are loud, and have entire families living in 1 bedroom apartments.
They don’t do quarterly pest control, which has been a real problem recently. Not only do they not do it quarterly, they charge a fee upon signing the lease for pest control. Why charge a fee for something you’re not providing unless I specifically ask for it? Not only that, but they treat one apartment in a building rather the whole building. So basically the pests go from that one apartment and go elsewhere in the building to cause someone else a nuisance.
Typically work orders have to be called in twice in order to get someone to come out.
They worked during the weekend at night on our AC though when it went out, came back the next morning, and then gave us a call a week later. Which is above what some other places would do.
Parking is kinda hard to find, a lot of tenets will park in visitor parking leaving visitors nowhere to go. Which has been an issue with us, and my friends car got towed.
The rent is pretty cheap, location isn’t too bad. It’s pretty close to everything. The people in the office are nice, but the drawback is that you have to deal with bugs, noise, and just dirty neighbors.

We have been living here for 4months, it was the price that made us sign a lease here. We werent so happy with the location and the complex, right from the start we started to have problems with the lady at the office she was rude, a liar and so unproffesional! It wasnt until later that the supervisor told us about the lead poisoning! For those families trying to move here, i strongly reccomend to google ‘lead poisoning’(dangerous for children) it was such a hassle with the rent, and the unit we were first moved into. my bf and i are currently going to college which we thought the price was fair just to save a dollar here, but they ended up raising rent and mixing our
is a big dissapoinment living here, too noisy with kids everywhere! I say think twice before moving here, i give this place a 0.

I had high hopes for this place however they greatly disappointed me. I’ve lived here for almost a year and the cheap rent along with location is what sold me. However they have shut off my water 11 times (I’ve kept count) and 8 of those were without notice whatsoever. Not a pleasant thing to wake up to. They have been remodeling which I’m ok with but at least shoot me an email or something before shutting the water off first! The parking is a nightmare, there are multiple families with at least 3 children (these apartments are at most 2 bedrooms) and the roaches are out of control. About a month ago they treated for bed bugs, not sure which apartment those came from but it was preventative in my place. The buildings them self are pretty old looking, inside and out. If you’re still thinking about moving in I hope you like Tejano music because the walls are paper thin.
