This was the best therapy experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had several. Staff is extremely knowledgeable helpful and the appointments run on time. I not only got better and avoided potential surgery but I learned what to do for myself to hopefully stay well. Thanks TLPT!

This place is great! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I was always greeted with a smile. My appointments always started on time, and as busy as they are, I never felt as though they were rushing through things with me. Gene and both assistants are amazing. He explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it and the importance of it. They all genuinely care about each person and their outcome – they want everyone to have a successful outcome, obviously, and they make sure it happens. As this was my first experience with PT, I was hesitant and afraid it would be extremely painful. They put my mind at ease from the very beginning. I seriously don’t know where i’d be without PT – Probably back in surgery. I highly recommend Gene Billings and his entire staff.
