Texans #1 Rodent Removal

There have been a lot of issues over the last several weeks while dealing with my rat problem, including a rat accidentally sealed into my bathroom wall and squealing his little head off (that was a rough evening for me, and I imagine even worse for Bathroom Rat.) However, I highly recommend this company, especially Victor, which is who I’ve been dealing with. I see a complaint that this company doesn’t honor their warranty, but I assure you that is not the case. Victor has come back out several times since being paid the balance of the original contract to cut out foam (to hopefully let Bathroom Rat out), to reseal, and to put down and then retrieve more bait tubes. There turned out to be a very large number of rats (mostly outside, thankfully) and I don’t think anyone would’ve been able to get rid of all of them on the first try. Victor knows what he’s doing, and he does honor the warranty.

In response to the owner’s comment about our home, we do not keep any pets as my husband is allergic to dogs and cats. In fact, my husband could be considered slightly OCD (sorry hubby). We have cleaning people come clean our home every other week. It is absolutely guaranteed that our home is spotless. Also, his response, if you notice, has nothing to do with my actual complaint. It is pretty obvious he made up a random story. Therefore, please do not pay attention to his lies. It is complete slander. Completely dishonest and unethical.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I mean it. Such a horrible experience. The owner pretty much harassed me to pay him the second half of the service which he didn’t even provide because my mom was unhappy with the services. Like wth does he want me to do the lady was not happy with the service, so why should she pay them!!! The owner was just so rude, he did not talk to me like a customer. He sure doesn’t know how to run a business. So unprofessional. I lost it with him! You are not going to raise your voice at me of course I will go off on you !!! Please save your time and money! The owner (Kenneth) sure does have issues. I wouldn’t even rate it a one star. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Victor did an awesome job at our house. We had rats in the attic and they were getting in from the roof due to shoddy home builder workmanship. Victor and his son got on tall ladders and put screens on roof vents, put wire stops in all of the brick weep holes, trapped and caught several rats in the attic. We are completely rat free now.
Victor is very thorough and he cares about getting rid of these creatures from your home, they are dangerous… can cause fires and spread disease. I would almost call him the rat whisperer because he tries to understand rodent behavior… in order to get rid of them, he tries to think like them.
They were very competitive on the price… not the cheapest but not the costliest either. If you cheap out, you’ll get what you paid for. I highly recommend Texans#1 Rodent Removal.
