If I could give this place a zero I would. I have. l never had a desire to review a fast food place but this staff is AWFUL! I have had a lady take my order 2 times now, Same lady, about a month apart. The first time she handed my bag to me DRIPPING wet. When I asked her to put my food in a different bag and give me food that wasn’t soggy she rolled her eyes and threw the food into the new bag and didn’t change it. I get it, people have bad days so I let it go. About a month later I went back. Sam lady. MADEFUNOFME when I asked for one order of quesadillas. She laughed and said don’t you mean quesadilla without the s. I replied yes and she mocked me with a coworker while I could hear her. I will never return to this location.

Very slow service. I go here near weekly due to working late. I’m writing this review waiting in line as proof its slow. What is even the most complex thing one can order from t bell anyway, i would expect 5 mins per order at most right? but not here, 2 cars in front of you, 5 minute wait, AFTER ordering too, so rush you to order, just to sit waiting for your food. some of the window people prioritize orders too, so i can see my food waiting on the counter for a good 120 seconds. If there is any other t bell location less that 5 mins extra out of your way(there probably is), go there instead.

By far the worst food and service ever. I mean fast food is fast food, but this location and their food is horrible. If your not happy with your job get another one, but don’t serve food half cooked ect ect ect. If I could give negative stars I would!

I wouldn’t normally write a review for a fast food place, but the staff here is so friendly, I just have to. Most fast food places are pretty standard and all seem the same(as they should, I guess). However, the people that work at this Taco Bell are so freaking nice. It’s almost kind of weird… Either way, as far as taco bells go, this is a good one because of that.

Since they have done the whole«Breakfast» thing this WHOLE Taco Bell has become down right horrible! The staff that I use to see are completely gone and the few that are there aren’t the same… They have completely removed«Lava Sauce» from the menu which was the main reason I went, and since then the food has been cold or prepared sloppy or wrong. Whatever this place did since the change has altered this place so bad I now don’t go here. Good thing is, I have lost a lot of weight from it but it’s sad that a place I use to visit weekly has become this depressing jumble of crap that makes me want to shake my head in disbelief. It is only a matter of time before it closes and is replaced. Thank god a «Raising Canes» is opening next door. It won’t be long before this place is just a memory.

I ordered a simple nacho which only consists of queso and chips. I ate 4 chips on the way home and when I got home there were zero chips left. The queso was still full. This location has had rude staff on the few other occasions I have gone through the drive through. Not a location I can recommend with confidence.

Incompetent gen manager /the employees were trying their best. But lack of leadership in the kitchen leads to fudged orders galore. If you have only 3 people in the place = inexcusable. Also, to the kid that kept saying«yes sir» to the older manager guy every time he asked or said something, DONT. — no need for that at all. Thanks for letting me stand by 15 minutes while you detracted from your employees actual productivity, Mr. Manager.

I’m on a fast food binge!!! I’m a lover of Taco Bell, and it seems to only get better and better. I fully understand that if you walk into a fast food restaurant you better not expect to have plenty of «healthy» options. But taco bell has morphed into an accommodating health freak for me! Oh don’t worry, it still offers plenty of double stuffed steak burritos and cheesy gordita crunches to satisfy my devilish drunk munchies. When I’m sane I usually choose to stick to their«fresco» menu. In college I can actually thank T bell for my freshmen 15. It was so addicting(and right across the street) that I’d go for a late night snack– 4th meal– as they called it, probably 2 – 3 times a week. If you want recommendations from their«less healthy» menu their chicken quesadilla is my favorite! The quesadilla has an awesome spicy sauce that probably has crack in it because it’s so addicting. Their cheesy gordita crunch and crunchwrap supreme are also fantastic. They’ve continued to expand their«fresco» menu, which has low fat and low calorie options. Last time I was here I ordered the fresco burrito supreme– 340 calories and only 8 grams of fat. At first I thought they made a mistake because I was expecting something quite small, but when I started eating it I noticed their was no cheese and it didn’t have that«heavy» taste to it. You know, after you eat something high in whatever it kinda SITS in your stomach? I was full and still good feeling after eating it! Do you know how hard it is to find something like that at a fast food place?! Usually they have their«300– 500 cal» options, but when you look at the grams of fat they’re usually packing 15+ grams! Their fresco grilled steak taco is 150 cal with 4 g of fat. You’d probably have to eat 2 or 3 of those to be full though. Ok, I’ll get off my health escapade, but if you’re looking for quick, healthy options, T bell is right there for ya!

This Taco Bell is beautifully-decorated for the holidays. It is conveniently-located at the corner of Bee Caves and Walsh Tarlton. The cashiers are incredibly friendly and cheerful. The restrooms are very clean. The narrow driveways in the parking lot make it hard for long or wide vehicles to park(so I reluctantly deduct a star). An annoying thing is the chairs scrape loudly against the floor. The food is acceptable but messy to eat.

Sara must have the only order ever gotten right. The few times I’ve stopped there afterwork(they are open late) I always have to wait for what I actually ordered, as they are either giving me someone elses meal or they are not listening to the actual order.

Granted, I’m reviewing Taco Bell. However, compared to other Taco Bells, this one really stands out! Their employees act like they enjoy their job. I’ve never had an order messed up, and I’m sure lots of people can understand how rare that its! Their food is consistent and ranks very high in how Taco Bell food should be prepared. If you’re going to eat Taco Bell, this is a good one to go to!

Okay, I know this is not fine cuisine but will they ever get an order right? I’ll have two quesadillas with chicken, a side of guacamole, two tacos, and a Coke somehow always translates into a tosada, a buritto, and a Diet Coke. Yikes!
