Subway

I frequent this location quite often and the one lady thats always there is very quick and efficient. Great multi-​talker! However, my review is based on her negative comments and gestures anytime I order. Ok, I don’t eat bread, so what I order can be different/​weird at times. For example, for breakfast, I get egg whites wrapped with bacon, cheese, and veggies. Not too bad, right? But it never fails, I’m thinking, wait for it, wait for it…, «Ewwww» or «I don’t eat eggs» or «Okayyyy, if this is what you really want». Once she just simply looked at my food and shrugged her shoulders. Look lady, keep your comments and negative gestures to yourself. I’m a paying customer and shouldn’t have to deal with this every time I order food here. Geez!

Most times the experience is good. Minus three stars because:
1) Sometimes the cooked ingredients are burned to a crisp, like they scraped them off the bottom of the pan after leaving them for a long time.
2) They are very often out of important ingredients. Last time I went, all they had was flatbread, and they were out of meatballs, chicken, and a couple of the veggies I like.
3) I waited in a long line and noticed that the lady did not wipe or change out her knife, using it on at least seven or eight sandwiches in a row (that I know of).

Best subway I’ve been to. Each time I’ve been there they are really friendly and personable. The last few times there has been one woman there dealing with a lot of customers. Despite this, she made an effort to greet each customer as they entered. She is a great multi-​tasker and very efficient getting everyone’s order together. Kudos!

I know, five stars for a subway?! I am basing my points against other subways. You know how sometimes you go to subway and you feel like you just got robbed? Not at this locale. They aren’t shy with the veggies and they don’t ask you five times what you want. This location is busy at lunch but very quick and they come correct. If you like tuna salad sandwiches, they pile it on!
