Sarpino’s Pizzeria

Delivery driver never brought back change which is theft. I order from here every week, sometimes more than once a week sometimes more than once a day. I don’t need special treatment for being such a loyal customer but I also don’t need an incompetent driver not bringing change and expecting $ 8+ tip on a small damn order. Spoke to a manager named Tanya who was empathetic but that’s about it. Spoke to another manager Juan who offered a discount on my next order. If that purple haired delivery driver comes to my house again, not only will I never tip her since she’s a thief but if she had no change to give due to not bringing a bank then she can get some of the money and I’ll take my food then she can come back for the rest later or pay out of her own thieving pocket. Never have complaints from this place and now my complaint is theft instead of a wrong order. The integrity of the company has been compromised by a delivery driver who thought stealing a few bucks was better than bringing change. Don’t trust them! Make them bring back change before you give the entire amount or you’ll never see your change again.

It’s delivery pizza. I get it.
I have never had a problem with the quality of food I have been delivered or the time it took to get my order. I can’t order pizza all the time, but when I do I order from here. It’s way more delicious than dominos or papa johns.
My food is always hot. The most I ever waited was 35 min.
I do order in «off peak» times. Usually about 6pm-​8pm.
The delivery person I’ve had have usually been really awesome and personable. I had one driver one time that wasn’t super friendly. Tonight the girl that delivered my pizza heard my music. I was jamming out. I’m cleaning. She was joking around and so friendly. That’s what’s up!
One time out of the probably 25 times I ordered from there in the past 10 months they forgot one of the sauces I ordered. Other than that it’s been flawless.
I’m only giving it 4 stars because there is better pizza in Austin but when I’m jamming out cleaning my place this is a great option.
The regular size pizza runs pretty small tho. Get a large if your eating with more than just one person!

This is nothing spectacular. If youre drunk and need food delivered to your trashy north Austin motel, it will do. The drivers are quick and friendly. The pizza? Its no better or worse than Dominos, Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. Then again, even the non-​chain pizza places here can be overrated!

Just got a pie, i imagined it was gonna be awesome since i was paying 16 bucks for it and when i get there it is sooo small and just looked awful. I was soo disappointed i wish little Ceasars wouldn’t have closed an hour early. But still this was a super big disappointment

I used to love this place. Even thought I wasn’t that into pizza. Tonight’s order was severely lacking. As in about ¼ of the gyro meat expected (usually included) on the salad, and cut up to make it look like there was some scattered, and two fewer wings, with all but one being significantly smaller.
I was a fan for six years.
Then they got my order wrong on top of that and I took it down to one star. Dammit.

Great food. Always on time and hot.

We love Sarpinos and order there probably a few times a week. :X Lucky Sarpinos. The pizzas are incredibly delicious and not overladen in grease, but just perfect. The spaghetti and meatballs are another personal favorite, as well as the meatball calzones. They also have an incredible chocolate cake and I also love their cheesecake. The delivery people are always great (and one in particular is really hot. :X doesn’t hurt.) very friendly, very fast delivery. And with free delivery, no min order, and open late, its not bad AT ALL.

This is the BEST DANG PIZZA IN THE WORLD!!! I’m sorry but these other pizza places DO NOT COMPARE.. The price is cheap and the quality of the pizza is GREAT

Dont go here if you want a gourmet Italian pizza. I will say this Sarpinos is better than Pizza Hut, Domino’s and other big chains. If that’s the type of quality pizza you want you will be pleased. You can expect a fresh hot pizza with a lot of cheese and toppings. All the reviews in here appear to want something better than Pizza Hut. However I didn’t find any reviews on here that in my opinion come from anyone who wants or knows good Italian pizza. My opinion is they use too much cheese, case in point is the special spinach pizza which is suppose to have eggs but instead has mostly cheese. In my opinion they are not delivering to their full potential. This is based on my experience eating at Sarpinos in Chicago.

Favorite delivery pizza in North Austin. Good food and fast delivery. The specialty pizzas are all pretty tasty of which my favorite is the Taco Pizza.

To be honest, Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. That is, until we discovered Sarpino’s. We absolutely love their food.
Starting with the salad with chicken and bacon on it to the chicken Alfredo pizza that I add spinach to. It is fabulous. Also the Italian pizza is wonderful. Even the wings are great.
The service and delivery is polite and punctual.
We are a Sarpino’s family now.

I love this place! Rarely do I have a complaint/​issue because they are generally at the top of their game. This pizza is freakin awesome!
Pros
It’s really tasty! Well-​seasoned, ingredients tastes fresh, and it’s nice and doughy if you’re a dough lover.
Cons
Pizza is not always cooked all the way through, it’s a bit pricey (I would definitely look for coupons and specials when ordering here), and they don’t sell by the slice (but personal pan is available).
Overall, great experience!

Love this place for being open late and having fresh ingredients!
Even better when the correct sauces are included.
Delivery drivers are generally courteous & friendly.
May not deliver after 1 AM, but still worth a drive to get hot & fresh.
Good resolution service when it’s not perfect.

They may have late hours, but service is the absolute WORST!!! Employees are ignorant and don’t care. The managers I’ve talked to are worse at customer service than the minimum wage employees. I’ve had multiple horrible experiences with this store and will NEVER try them again. The frozen pizza section at HEB has many better solutions!
Fvck this place! Learn how to take care of the people that pay your wages!
Horrible, horrible, horrible service!

Super bummed. Searched and searched for a pizza delivery place that delivers past midnight in my area ahead of time for a special occasion.
Jumped online, placed my order and paid.
Received a confirmation that my food would be delivered within about 40 minutes. Perfect!
Unfortunately I got a phone call about 12:45 am that they were not going to be able to deliver my food bc they were closing soon but I was «welcome to try to make it to them before 1 am». NO THANK YOU.
I cancelled my order and decided to never order from them again. I unfortunately can tell when it’s
” we don’t feel like making your order because we started our closing procedures early” .
I also recommended that they change their website to indicate their actual delivery times and not send confirmations only to call and cancel.
Pretty frustrating. Wasn’t really in the mood to hit a drive through for this late night occasion.
Bad first and last impression.

Took less than an hour for the pizza to be delivered. It tastes decent nothing amazing. I was EXTREMELY nervous to eat here reading the reviews but my experience was OK. It’s fine for super late pizza when everything else is closed.

I ordered delivery today, and it came quickly. The driver was courteous. My Clasico Italiano pizza and extra cheesy breadsticks were tasty. I’ll definitely order again when I get a hankering for pizza.

This is based on the calzones only.
The ham and cheese one is the best so far. Not kidding. IT IS AMAZING.
Keep in mind the regular size only has 2 slices. Go for the large if you are hungry and want to share.
I only take away a star because I called yesterday and the poor guy could not understand me over the phone and it was must faster and easier to order online rather than call. (I even excused myself and just ordered online). The delivery is free, though!
I prefer calling but online ordering proves to be the best option. Not everyone has immediate internet access, though.
I mean it, try the calzones. That is all I have tried and all I need to try. They are wonderful!!!
