First, let me say, the store help is great, but I am not rating the store. I am rating the parts dept. I ordered and paid for a new cushion that my dog tore up. In early Feb. was told it would be up to 90 if it wasn’t in stock. 6 weeks out we received a new cushion and we were thrilled, well, until we took it out of the package. The parts department, even though we had the right part number, sent a different part number. So called to parts department again, and let me clarify something. You call Florida service department, but the where the parts ship from are not in the same building, and not even in the same state. Ok, so it was verified that the warehouse sent a different part number and the right part number is now back on order. In Mid-May, we rec’d the new cushion! No, it was the wrong one again! So back to the phone to customer service again, as we cannot call the warehouse/parts place directly. This was on Monday and today I got a call from customer service. They had to «clarify» which cushion I needed if I knew which cushion I needed” Really? I still have the torn cushion here! So after validating that there are three different styles to this couch, and yes, I am right on the part and name of the cushion, I am told the warehouse/part dept is out of stock on this cushion and it could take up to 180 days! Are you kidding me? So we started in Feb 2, 2016 on this problem and now it might take up to the end of November to get a new cushion. One would think that they would have a seamstress that could sew a new zipper in the one I have for a lot less! Really? Moral of the story is, if you buy at Rooms to Go, and it’s out of warranty, be prepared to wait a long time for a part. If it’s in warranty, they most likely replace the whole thing. I know for sure, I will never, ever, ever purchase another item from Rooms to Go again!
