I’m not use to eating gourmet pizza. I’m usually happy with Pizza Hut, conveyor belt style pizza. This is my first experience with gourmet style pizza. It was very good — I would not say great, but good. It was better than Pizza hut or any other pizza I had eaten before. The ingredients were very fresh, the crust was thin and crispy. I loved the idea of TV’s at each table. The restuarant itslef was too small, however. There was no seating when I went, but I would definitely go back again.

I actually like the pizza and salad here, but operationally I think the restaurant will be closed within a month based on our experience tonight. I have been here many times and never seen so many operational issues. Does the owner ever set foot in his restaurant? Where do I begin? 1) The tables were filthy. Real filthy. I had to clean my own take with water and napkins. 2) Only 1 person working with a decent flute of business. Perhaps that is why the takes were filthy… 3) We had a Groupon, but clerk charged us full price. When he directed it and charged our card, we asked for a receipt, 4) credit card machine was out of paper. I demanded a receipt based on #3. He hand wrote one… 5) trash can built into counter was gone. Trash was all over floor underneath the counter. Filthy. 6) tea dispenser broke. Was spouting out wrong tea type. 7) soda machine broke. Was mixing too much soda and no soft drink syrup. Yuck! 8) only forks. No knives or spoons. 9) no drink lids 10) they waited to tell my wife that they were out of wheat crust AFTER they derived my pizza! She watched me and my son eat… We then watched her eat. Beauty 9) Did I mention the filth? They did offer us free ice cream for the crust issue, but this review had already left the station! If financial woes do not get this location, the health inspector will. Update– I wrote this a year ago and forgot to login on PC to finish it. The restaurant is gone now…

Pretty decent pizza… perhaps a bit pricey for what didn’t look like super fresh toppings. Still flavorful though

So many pizza places duking it out for attention and trying to be noticed in this busy world. This is a COZY little place where you can hear a conversation without shouting or not have to worry about dressing up. GLUTEN free pizza too. I’ll find another reason to stop on by and dine here again! Did I mention cold beer?

Man, this place is proving to very inconsistent. Each time we go in its something new. Last time the building was locked at 11:30. Lights were on people where in there. People were standing outside waiting to get in and for some reason they would not lets is in so we left. The time before that the guy at the register… good heavens! It took him at least 5 minutes per person to process the orders. The nice hispanic lady that makes the pizza is the only thing consistent here and she makes good pizzas.

We went to Red Brick Pizza because we had a Living Social coupon. It was noon and there were two employees in the open kitchen– one at the register and one who seemed to be waiting for something, perhaps her lunch order from another restaurant to be delivered– I don’t nowhere of us stood at the counter discussing what we wanted. Fail #1– The phone rang and the woman at the counter answered it and took about five minutes to take that order. We ordered a salad, Marguerita pizza and three drinks. Fail #2– The tea dispenser wasn’t working– only water came from the dispenser. When Mr B told the employee, she didn’t fix it. But I have to give her credit for saying ‘Thank you for letting me know’. The employee brought two salads and a handful of napkins to the table and asked which was ours. We told her and she left it and napkins, Fail #3– One with melted cheese on it, and neither of the salads had melted cheese on them. I must give credit where it is due– the lettuce was fresh. The pizza came. It looked good, but they must have cooked it then added the tomatoes because they were whole slices placed in the middle of the cut lines. Fail #4– no garlic flavor; the pizza was greasy, but it did have several types of cheeses, which would account for that. If we hadn’t had a coupon, the bill would have come to just at $ 33. Not a good lunch price, no matter where one is, and certainly not for this place. The employees were not rude, I am just not sure they really were trained well. Maybe the manager was out sick. Would I give them another chance? After all, this isn’t the worst place I’ve eaten, but for a franchise I expected a little something different. If I am in the ‘hood and other places are too busy I may try it, but highly unlikely.

Horrible Horrible experince. When there was one located in Cedar Park I eat there weekly. So I was really craving it and drove 30 min one way to get it. Huge HUGE mistake. Not only was it like 120 degrees inside and cooler outside for my 25 minute wait for small pizzas to carry out. Then my order was jacked UP! I order a bbq chicken pizza with NO onions and it as more ONIONS then chicken on it. When I drive alway home to find my order was wrong I call. And All i was told was«While I didnt see that on the ticket». WTF Never again will I waste time or money on this pizza at this location. Did I mention it was HORRIBLE!

DOESOWNERSHIPREADTHESEREVIEWS??? Most reviews are spot-on. This place was filthy! The remote controls were disgusting! As were the shakers for parmesan cheese and chili flakes. I had to use napkins to touch these and refused to touch or use the remote. The TV was smeared and oily and the drink station was a complete mess. Their pizza? Ehh. Nothing special. The cheese sticks were very good however. Other than the cheese sticks, a colossal FAIL.

These people are rude and seem to have a challenge developing coherent sentences over the phone, regarding their mystery delivery times! This past Saturday, they littered our entire neighborhood with enticing brochures with misleading HUGE-font-sized letters that read, «WEDELIVER!». So excuse me while I wrap my brain around the conversation that just occurred today at 7:20pm between a Red Brick Pizza Rep and me: PHONE(after the third call of no answer): *ring ring* RBP guy: «Thanks for calling Red Brick Pizza. How may I help you?» Me: «Yes sir. I’d like to make an order for delivery, please». RBP guy: «Ummm we don’t deliver.» Me: «Really? Oh that’s weird. Because the flyer that you all put in my door today says that you do deliver.» RBP Guy: «Oh yea! Well okay; we do deliver, but just not right now.» Me: «Ummm wow… Ok. So when do you stop delivering?» RBP guy: «Uhhh… At 7:00pm. We stop delivering at 7:00pm»… Me: «Ok. I’ll be sure to let Unilocal know. Thank you.» ANDSCENE… Need I type more? How annoying! Who stops delivering at 7:00pm on a Saturday? Now I’ll have to call Papa Johns. They always come through.

I would say this place is average. The pizza was ok but the crust was burnt. Adequate amount of toppings, decent flavor. A large with one topping on one side and two toppings on the other side was $ 16.

Honestly, I’m kind of confused by the bad reviews. I’ve always had a good experience there, but I think I also don’t expect it to be more than it is. I’ve been there a bunch of times, and my Other Half and I almost always order the same thing: a personal sized pizza apiece and a salad. It’s not pretending to be Little New York, and it isn’t, but I like it for what it is. The crust is thin and crispy, just like I like it, and I’ve never had a complaint about the toppings. The salads have never been anything except crispy and green, and I’m a bit of a salad snob. It seems like a decent value to me when we can both eat dinner for around $ 20.

We went to Red Brick Pizza last night, needed to use a living social discount. The deal was for $ 20., we ordered a large pizza. The crust is really good, and quite thin. Lots of cheese on the pizza. The down side, the pizza is small, for the regular price. Fortunately we had the discount. The sauce could be more flavorful, it was a little bland. Thats why it only got 2 stars,. Meh Iv had better. One unique thing about the place, is that there are tv’s at every table. With your own remote control. I thought that was cool :-) Not a fabulous pizza, but pretty good. But, for the regular price and quantity. Not great.

This place is GREAT! We bought the Morgan’ coupons,(which it was great because this establishment let you buy however many coupons you wanted.) And we bought two. The first time we split a medium red brick pizza,(which is similar to a supreme), and it was about 3, good size slices for two people. It was $ 13 bucks, which is normal, if not cheaper, than fresh pizza prices. The veggies were good, the sauce was good, and the dough was great too! All around, a great pizza. The owner and staff are so friendly, and they were happy to have us use coupons.(If you’re a coupon junkie, like myself, you know some establishments can be pissy about customers that use coupons.) Each booth has it’s own TV and remote, so you can watch what you please while chowing down. It almost resembles more of a «lounge» setting. They also have gelato, which I haven’t tried. Their sandwiches are great, too, and they’re almost like panini’s, or wraps. But delicious! Overall, I recommended it!

Ugh. Just… ugh. Last night my sweetie & I went to Red Brick Pizza for a «dinner and a movie» date. I’m pretty sure after eating at this place that we could have gone to see a double feature of «Ishtar» and«Battlefield: Earth» and the movie would have still been the better part of the date. This is probably going to be my last visit to Red Brick Pizza. And here’s why: First of all, I don’t care for the abundance of TVs. When I think«pizza place», I think a dimly-lit place with waxy red & white checkerboard tablecloths. Not a restaurant where everyone has their own flatscreen TV to watch what they want. And no, I don’t want to watch a Glee-a-thon on Oxygen when enjoying a pizza. OK, maybe I went a bit too far by saying that I’d enjoy this pizza. The GF and I wound up each ordering a small salad and a small pizza. I opted for the Italian chop salad, which was far too laden in dressing that was not tasty at all. The ingredients were on par with a Wendy’s salad. No, not a complement at all. For the pizza, I went with a pizza bianco, which was supposed to be a light flavor with pine nuts, a little cheese and mushrooms. What I got were mushrooms that tasted about a week past their expiration date, pine nuts that were definitely stale and had that iron aftertaste, and a big puddle of grease on top of crust. All served atop a delightful round of cardboard, which really sets the mood for me when I’m eating pizza. Three napkins full of grease later and the pizza was still barely edible. Looking at other reviews, it doesn’t look like most people go here for the flavor of the food. If I really wanted to watch TV while I ate, I would stay at home and make my own pizza. Fortunately, we wound up using a coupon on this meal, which made the price the only palatable part of the dining experience.

Worst delivery experience ever. Received a coupon under the door today, sweet, we think. I didn’t think ANYONE delivered pizza to our neighborhood. Called at 5:30, ordered 1 large 3 topping pizza with said coupon for $ 8.99 and made sure to spcify«and I have a coupon for $ 8.99» when ordering Quoted 40 minutes for delivery. Cool. We wait. An hour later we get a phone call«Did you order the Delux something or other pizza?» «No, large pepperoni, sausage and mushrom.» «Oh sorry, wrong customer. Click.» We wait. 30 more minutes«Hi this is so and so from Red Brick, what’s your address, I think I wrote it down wrong.» Gives address. «Um, yeah, is that on it’s way?» «Yeah yeah, on my way right now, be there any minute». We wait. A grand total of 2 hours after ordering the slightly warm pizza shows up with a bill for $ 26. «We have a coupon for $ 8.99». «Um, you’ll have to call.» We call. It goes to voicemail. WTF? Call back«Hi Blah blah red brick pizza» says a guy who I’m pretty sure was in a car. Tells story about the $ 26. Guy pretends to be typing. «Sorry about that, but I’m not by the credit card machine, I’ll take care of that later.» Two hours and $ 26 later I have a soggy cold pizza and $ 26 less in my shoe fund. Suck suck sucky.

Disclaimer: I only had a salad. I did not try the pizza. However, after trying the salad, I’m not inclined to try the pizza! I ordered a medium sized salad, which turned out to be very tiny for almost $ 8 with tax. It was wilted and pretty much consisted of lettuce and carrots only. The ranch dressing was the most watered-down I’ve ever tasted. The whole thing sucked worse than watching the Yankees lose to the Rangers while I ate it.

Inviting. Small, comfortable booths with individually controlled TVs. Oddly everyone was watching the same two programs while we were there. We had sandwiches which I found to be a bit pricey for the size and taste. At least there was gelato which was quite tasty and the only thing that was reasonably priced.

Honestly not a bad place, just not as good as I had hoped. The pizza here isn’t any better than Brick Oven. Ordering at the counter was different, but not enough to give a bad review. The quality of the pizza was. If you’re hungry for a quick bite, they can get a pizza out to you in 3 minutes. That part is great. The problem is that it just doesn’t taste very good. I do kind of like having the DirecTV at the booths. That’s a neat feature. However, it’s not enough to bring me back. I have DirecTV at home.

Not sure what everyone else experienced, but I thought this was some of the best pizza I ever had. I was in Arbor Walk and not sure what to do for dinner when I saw Red Brick Pizza and decided to check it out. The menu had a good selection of pizzas with any kind of topping you could imagine. I liked the décor with the booths and a tv at every table, even though I was taking mine to go. They had a nice inviting couch for to go customers to wait for their pizza. I had the Pizza Bianco and it was excellent! I will definitely go back and recommend this place to others.
