Meg is wonderful! I’ve now gotten a few different services, including a facial, brow waxing and Brazilian. Meg was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Most of the people I’ve gotten brow waxes from have not taken the time to really make my fairly thin but unruly brows look good. Meg takes such pride in her work and always leaves me feeling great. Can’t recommend her enough!

I sent my friend to Pretty Bird last month, Meg worked magic on her skin! She actively researched my friend’s skin issues before they met, and had a regimen of natural products ready to help. Meg does waxing of course, and very skillfully, but she goes much further as an aesthetician. She makes people feel beautiful and pampered, with renewed hope and positivity. You can try another studio, but you’ll come back to Pretty Bird again and again. Rock on, Meg!

Meg is very good at what she does and very knowledgeable. I got a facial for to remove face-​cruft, and for to improve my whole face situation as a charity to my disproportionately beautiful wife (need help trying to catch up, dig?). Highly recommended.

Meg is awesome. She’s thorough and knowledgable. She responds fast via email and is almost always available.
If she doesn’t have the solution at her fingertips she’ll find it. She’s very dedicated to her clients.
Pricing is very reasonable considering everything included in the service and the service itself.

My favorite place in Austin to cleanup my look. Any time I visit I make a point to come by. Meg is fantastic — without going into detail (who wants that?!) — she gets the job done quickly, thoroughly, friendlily (that’s a word, right?), and at a totally fair cost. Also highly recommend her as a source of info for product — she’s super knowledgeable and actually has some great stuff available in the shop. Highly recommend!

Meg has done my waxing and always does a perfect job. Her place is very clean and she uses the best products. I recently had a facial and it was the best experience I have had. She knows what she’s talking about and gave me advice for my skin and product recommendations, which I did buy and am absolutely loving the results I am having from this line Osmosis.
If you need an esthetician in this city go to Meg and she will take care of your every need. She’s also super sweet and professional.

Meg is now my go to girl for waxing, as long as she is around, I won’t be going to see annnybody else. Finding her was that magical moment when your find the perfect Dentist, Hair Stylist, Massage Therapist, etc. I knew I was home and I won’t stray. She uses hard wax and was the first to introduce it to me. It is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful which is a delight! I felt right at ease with her knowledge of her profession and her down to earth personality. The salon where she rents space is beautiful and her room is clean, comfortable and cozy. I am so thankful I found her! I have no fear of waxing burns or pain from a few previous experiences.

I am a woman of many words. Many. Bad. Words. That may come out whilst being waxed.
But for this review, I am nearly speechless.
Meg is professional, thorough, quick, kind, detail-​oriented and amazing.
She cares about people.
She cares about products.
And I am in NO pain.
While I’m living in Austin, I will no longer frequent another establishment to be waxed.
