Very poor attention to details or quality control at this company. Experience in real estate apparently doesn’t seem to help Mike to run a company. Find another company to work with, find another realtor, find another property manager. You can do better. Would never work with the company again. Very disappointed.

As a seller, my experience was overall great. I chose Mike Cusimano because of his REAL experience as a realtor in the Austin area. Many agents will feed you fluff about their experience and what they can do for you. Most seem to «specialize» in all areas for real estate when you read their profile! That’s a black flag for me. No one can specialize in everything! They don’t have any true experience when it comes to making their commission AND fighting for the best results for you as a buyer/​seller. Most realtors simply focus on the commission and take the easy road oftentimes sacrificing service and value for you. Mike will fight for your value, with his service… And in turn, is deserving of a commission. Thank you Mike.

I had a really bad experience with the realtor Mike Goswami from this realty group. I was looking for a investment property in the Round Rock area where I could temporarily stay as well. I emailed him initially asking him if he was interested in working with me and he agreed and asked me to come to office to speak further about this. I wrote him a detailed email explaining to him the criteria I was seeking from the property and explaining to him that I am from New Jersey and am on a time constraint in Austin to look at houses. Instead of providing decent customer service and offering to speak further on the phone, he insisted that I come to his office. I told him curtly that I was on a time constraint and would him to email me the listings that he recommends and that I would like to shortlist them and then meet him for showings. Yet again, he insisted that I come to his office to discuss properties with him. In the emails he also mentioned getting paperwork signed and was focused on getting commission from the seller than showing much interest in finding what I sought.
I was not excited about this idea, but decided to visit him with a friend who has lived in Austin. When I came to his office, he didn’t even have the courtesy to introduce himself or let us introduce ourselves. He dived into a property and began talking about it. He also talked about the enormous time and effort he spends doing his exhaustive research. The first I noticed in the house is it was a multi-​story property, which I had explained in the email very clearly that I wasn’t interested in. I had asked him to find only RANCH style houses. This clearly illustrated he hadn’t done his research but rather a quick search in MLS system without even read through my requirements properly.
Displeased, I asked him to search through the MLS system again with my criteria. He did it and ZERO results came up. This entire exercise was a waste of time. I flew into Austin from New Jersey to meet with this guy and he killed my plans for the weekend. So I just decided to relax my constraints for the house and do a broader search. While we were discussing those houses, he started bragging about how expensive his house is and the town he lives in. My friend, who has lived in the Austin for 20+ years of his life promptly stopped him by telling him that he was exaggerating about the average property value in that town. Upon having been corrected when telling a shameless lie, Mike Goswami asks us to leave his office.
From my experience I would like warn you about this realtor. He will not work in the best interest on the buyer. He is more focused on getting his commission and talking down to the customer. If you are looking for even a decent level of service and having your time utilized effectively, DO NOT go to this guy. I can’t comment on other realtors from THE PREMIERE TEAM, but if the other realtors remotely resemble this individual, I would be wary of them.
