Called them at noon on a Friday, and a serviceman showed up as promised at 3:00pm. Charged me $ 55 for the service call, $ 189 for a new torsion spring, and $ 165 for one hour of labor to repair my garage door. I appreciate the prompt service, but $ 165 for an hour’s labor (in addition to service call charge) seems excessive. Next time I’ll use someone else.
