Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza and found that half of the pizza had no cheese! Not to mention the bacon I ordered was also missing, but it comes as a great surprise when a pizza company forgets to put cheese on a pizza. I don’t expect much from Pizza Hut but this is far below expectation for any pizza company.
This is the second time I received a half done order. Previously I ordered BBQ chicken wings and received half of the chicken without any BBQ at all.

EVERYTIME I order from here they forget my garlic butter. Not usually a big deal. They are convenient and normally ok paced, except for today… an hour late?
The fact that management hires rude little hobbits to deliver is another strike. This delivery driver was rude and late I still tipped well, and when I asked about my garlic butter «uhhh idk, call the store» Urgh he was so frustrating. At least previous pizza guys went And came back with whatever they forgot.
And management was too busy to take my complaint. I’m sure I won’t be getting a call back from them. But i will definitely try my best to keep people from ordering from this location or any other pizza hut. This really was my breaking point with this place. Hello dominoes! I’m sure you will enjoy mine and my friends money.

I order the triple treat box and it didn’t with the gift-​wrapped box. I was waiting for my Christmas pizza that I saw in the TV and now that I order it, It didn’t bocame with the Christmas box. I’m so disappointing, plus it came an hour late.

Ordered at 845 and received by 930, that right there is awesome. But unfortunately the pizza resembled the pace of how fast it was received. Did you guys know it’s called thin and CRISPY? Like you might even want to leave it in longer than you think to make sure it’s crispy. Seriously… I think I just ate raw dough. My boyfriends pizza was also extremely dough-​like. The new «meat primo pizza» is definitely lacking meat. All and all, we were absolutely craving pizza and let’s just say we are not satisfied with our choice. Cook your damn pizzas right. I would rather wait longer than 40 minutes if I knew it was going to be cooked to perfection. Quality over timing.

There’s no room to dine in so this review is on the pizza. I’ve eaten from here in a pinch due to a great coupon deal and it’s okay. I think the average person knows that Pizza Hut isn’t great pizza or even good pizza. I would definitely say something like Take N Bake or the pizza at your local HEB is better. Positively speaking though my order has always been on time as cookie cutter pizza should be and the service has been good. However Pizza Hut is retired because it’s a disgrace especially being a New York to settle for this, when there’s better options. I can recommend Pizza Hut only if you know it’s going to be below average Pizza and you’re okay with that. I was because I paid around $ 6 with a coupon.

Inconsistent is the best way to describe them. Sometimes the pizza is good, sometimes it’s cold on delivery. Sometimes it’s on time, sometimes it’s extremely late. There are plenty of other pizzerias, don’t bother. This will be my last time ordering from them.

The service is OKAY! The quality of the pizza when picked up is not worth the drive… I used to get the pizza delivered but stopped doing that when I got an entire pizza flipped over… whatever they do, the quality of the pizza just isn’t as good as the other locations… sad thing is, is I love pizza!!!

Don’t bother! They don’t deliver to Hudson Bend area (just moved to TX) so was bummed there was no Pizza Hut delivery as that was my favorite. Pizza Hut pizza tastes the same regardless of where it is — from po-​dunk Mineola Texas to exotic Grand Cayman! I love the sauce, thin crust, etc. The favors and textures have ALWAYS been consistent regardless of where I’ve had it, which is ALOT of Pizza Huts. Well, I was driving home from that direction so decided to FINALLY a get my fix of Thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut! Was so excited. My GPS took me to the spot only t find a Little Caesars there. I called them for directions because apparently they moved but didn’t bother to updat web addresses. Got there and took out pizza and staff was pleasant enough. Anyway, got the pizza home (had mushrooms on it which I did NOT order) but still it looked good. I dug in! Whoooaaaa!!! NOT the same pizza AT ALL!!! Crust bland, sauce not like usual, cheese was gross, toppings even looked different. DEFINATLEY NOT THE PIZZA HUT RECIPE. So I can only assume the franchise ISN’T ordering from where they are supposed to. I should have heeded the terrible reviews on the other sites but thought ‘surely they are mistaken, not MY FAV PIzza hut!’ Well, it wasn’t just NOT the Pizza Hut pizza I loved and knew — it was a horrible tasting pizza anyway. I don’t know how they stay in business. Buy an HEB ready made before you go here — 1,000 times better! Shame on you Lakeway Pizza Hut. You really get ¹⁄₁₀ of a star for the nice cashier.
