We needed to have our vent system replaced ASAP. We were really impressed with Petrocelli, especially since the other 10 companies (really) we called either didn’t respond, didn’t show up, didn’t provide a bid or tried to sell us snake oil. From beginning to end we had a positive experience. They actually responded to our phone call and showed up to the appointment. Secondly, they provided a timely bid. When we asked for the bid to be adjusted to reflect additional work and details, they did it. Finally, they were professional and prompt in providing the service. We got lots of good advice to boot. Highly recommend their services.

Had an issue with our upstairs A/​C unit. Called Petrocelli this morning and they had someone out just after lunch. — as promised. Polite tech checked the system, pinpointed the issue and has us up and running an hour later!

I just wanted to say thank you to Joe who came over to originally see if my AC needed replacement because our house insurance might replace it if it had any major damage to it but thankfully it did not have anything wrong with it just a small replacement even though we had another company come out to fix our AC just weeks ago Joe fixed what they hadn’t at a great and affordable price. He even showed me step by step what he was doing and he was really informative. Thank you very much and we will definitely be calling you in the future if we have anymore problems and we will also be telling others about your awesome business!

Always great service, had a technician come to our home today, quickly assessed issue and had part replaced in under 30 minutes and we were back in business.

We have a yearly maintenance contract with Petrocelli and they’ve been keeping our old old system going strong :) This summer our AC suddenly started blowing uncooled air but then would switch to cooled. It only took the technician 5 minutes to figure out the problem and get it fixed quickly and cheaply!

My A/​C was not cooling. The technician arrived, looked at the condensor and saw that a run capacitor was bloated and probably was the cause of the problem. He didn’t tell me anything about cost-​just replaced the part and gave me a bill for $ 200 fifteen minutes later. If he had checked a few other things while he was there, he would have seen that the contactor also needed to be replaced, which is a part that sits right next to the run capacitor. I called someone else and will continue to use them in the future because they know that sometimes there are other issues to check for, not just the first and most obvious.
