I came to have my acrylic nails soaked off and get my natural nails polished with gel. I was charged $ 40 and tipped the guy $ 5 for the actual service. I believed I got short changed because as you can see my cuticles were not trimmed right and the polish is on my cuticles as well! This used to be my favorite spot but here lately is like they don’t care and customer service sucks!

I went here with my daughter before and they did an okay job. Her nails weren’t straight but they weren’t too bad. Yet we were smart enough to return again. She got acrylics with shellac and we didn’t like the color and the nails because they were crooked and the color was bumpy but we still paid 45 dollars. We returned two days later asking if we can change the color and fix them and she charged us 15 dollars extra! Yet they still did a disgusting Job still leaving the nails crooked and ugly. In addition shellac isn’t supposed to chip for«two weeks» yet my daughters nails chipped two days as soon as she gets them redone. I’m never agin coming here, why pay so much money for them to do a crappy job every time I go. The lady that did my daughters acrylics gave us loads of attitude and rushed finishing her nails each time we went! So disappointed.

This place is by my house and I’m so happy for it. I love coming here and only go get my nails here. The ladies that work here are always so friendly. For some reason i tend to come here on school holidays and one of the women brings them and they’re super cute and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The prices are affordable and every thing seems very sanitary. They also do wax which i have done this, no problem!

I’ve been trying nail salons near my new neighborhood over the past few months in an effort to find My New Place. I recently tried Onion Creek Nails & Spa and this will probably not a repeat experience for me. Pros: Convenient location with easy access Best pedicure chairs I’ve sat in so far Wide arrange of polish color Cons: Ouch. The tech cut me with cuticle Clippers and the customer next to me got nicked by her tech too. The tech that was giving me the pedicure didn’t put on a top coat. After she finished the color she told me to wait a few minutes. I thought she’d come right back and apply the top coat. Nope, she disappeared. After 15 minutes I asked the other workers if my tech was coming back. They didn’t know. Mmmmkay. The basic pedicure, the one advertised, is foot bath and polish change. The regular pedicure is what most other salons offer as their basic. So there is no real value to their promotion. I wouldn’t to choose to go back, but if a friend bought me a gift card to this place I’d try it again. I guess.

Overall this place is really good and I like that it is so close to my house. They do a really good job and their prices are very reasonable. I have been on two occasions now… once for a mani and then again for a mani/pedi. They did a really good job both times and the staff are all friendly. I would highly suggest though that you go early if possible as this place gets super busy. Will be back for sure!

I just moved to Austin and went based on previous reviews. I got a full pink and white set and eyebrow wax. I’ve had these nails 3 weeks! They are super grown out because I haven’t had the time to go again, but usually when I get nails, they’ve lifted and I’ve had to rip them off myself by now. The price was great for the quality. I will definitely go back and try a pedicure too!

This place is decent for the price. They have an extensive collection of nail colors, and most nail techs ensure nails are painted well. Today, I did not like that I had a male nail tech work on my manicure. His fingernails were very dirty, and it seemed like he really wasn’t supposed to be a nail tech, but he helped bc they were busy. He charged me to removed gel polish, but I had been waiting for a while before my services began and the paint on my fingernails smudged and bubbled. I will probably look for a new place in the area. Used to be much better when they first opened.

Really really like this place. Friendly people and they do a great job. The owner seems to understand that their are a ton of nail salons and she is trying to set it apart from the others. I have been to several places around the South Park meadow area and this one is my favorite. Prices are a few dollars more but well worth it.

I love this place for so many reasons: 1) It is very conveniently located if you are on the east end of Slaughter, or if you don’t want to deal with Southpark Meadows traffic. 2) The people that work here are beyond friendly! They are up for great conversation, and it makes the time fly. 3) They are doing business the right way. Everything is in individual packages, and the technicians will tell you what products and processes are best, and which ones are not. It’s up to you to choose, but they are there with accurate information to help you decide. They also have a ton of trendy colors as well as classics. 4) They do a fabulous job on nails and eyebrows. They give you exactly what you ask for, and communicate with you during the entire process. 5) They are getting a smoothie machine. Need I say more? Needless to say, this place is my new nail shop. I had stopped getting my nails done altogether because the experience of waiting and then coming out with something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted was not worth my time or money. Now that I have found this place, I will be in here as often as I can justify it.

This place just opened about a month ago and so far, so good! I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and couldn’t be more pleased. I opted for the upgraded pedi which included a salt scrub and awesome massage. The lady who worked on me, Kayla, was great; super friendly and took her time to make sure I was super relaxed and happy with the results. I was looking for a new spot and I found it! The prices are a little below average but The work definitely isn’t!
