Chandra is a world-​class nail therapist. She’s professional, creative, and accommodating. I can always count on Chandra to give 110%. Her location is convenient and easy to find!
No wonder this other client couldn’t find her. There is no such thing as «Chuncky Cheese» and she doesn’t have a receptionist. Anyone in the service industry knows being 30 – 40 minutes late to an appointment is completely unacceptable and to write a bad review because you cannot accept responsibility for YOUR mistake shows your disregard for other people’s time. Not to mention, you are misusing Unilocal.
I have nothing but good things to say about Chandra. I have seen her business flourish and there is a reason she stays steadily booked-​she is a jewel.

Its wrong address i called her to give me address and i was not happy talking to her or receptionist.
She said its near chunckycheese so i follow gps and there were horrible traffic. And she texted appointment cancel… I was on way and yes i was late for 30 – 40 minutes. i had appointment nail and eyelash extension. She just text and cancel.
I guess she has alot of regular customer. But i want to tell Unilocal user. Very rude of just sending text instead of asking «would u like come back? «
She may have good skill but not very good customer service

Chandra is such an amazing nail therapist.
She is clean and meticulous. Her massage is relaxing, her cuticle work is pain free, her exfoliation is thorough. No detail is missed.
And as an added bonus — she does AMAZING nail art. A true artist. Her designs are incredible — from simple to intricate. So if you want to add something fun to your pedi or mani, Chandra is the person to go to for something original and flawless.
I’ll continue going back for my pedis and shellac manicures. I love that I’m in a clean environment with someone trustworthy who really loves what they do. Her passion translates into fantastic service and immaculate final results.

Chandra is truly a nail artist. She is located in south austin in the easy to find salons by JC, while a bit of a trip for me she was definitely worth it.
Her space is quiet, clean, and she has a wide array of colors to choose from both in shellac and regular polish. She gives a great manicure but she truly shines when it comes to nail art (I mean check out her pictures!) She is precise with every detail and a perfectionist with her work. I couldn’t be happier with my service and I will definitely be back.
