Do not get a gel manicure from here. They did a horrible job. They are also very rude.

Save your money, water temp took 3 tries to get right. They use some ghetto over sized shower cap to cover their foot tubs. The toe nail clipping and exfoliating was painful the guy working on my feet had very heavy hands. When it was all said and done my nails look as though I did them at home not very clean work at all. This is my 1st and last visit!!!

This is by no means an oasis of any kind. My daughter and I decided to give Oasis Nail Salon a try and boy what a disappointment. From the moment we stepped into the salon it was a disaster. We asked for mani /pedi they said yes they could accommodate us. They told us 10 minutes. I said OK well that 10 minutes turned into 40 minutes. Just as we were going to leave they came to our chairs. However they only started to work on my daughter. I waited another 10 minutes. Then I came to find out I had a broken chair. What is with this salon! Our nails looked as though we did them at home. Sloppy and messy. Very poor choice of colors. You are better off finding another salon.

I come here all the time, but my experience yesterday was horrible. I got a mani/pedi and the nail tech cut me not once, not twice, but FOURTIMES on my right hand by clipping away too much skin around my nails. By the third time I pulled away and said something. She told me I had thin skin. Sat under the dryer for 15 minutes and by the time I came home, 6⁄10 nails were already smudged. And now I have painful nasty scabs around my smudged fingers with a wedding to go to today.

Donna did a GREAT job on my shellac… I am extremely picky about my shellac and this is my 4th place to try in Austin and it was great. Things I liked: 1.) She used a good amount of acetone to soak on my nails so the old polish came off very easy and not painfully. 2.) She did not ruin my thin shellac’d nails by filing them done more. 3.) She got the polish very close to my cuticles and was a perfectionist about how she painted. 4.) All of this being said and done, she was done in less than an hour. The salon was big and clean, I will definitely go back!

This is the best nail salon I have ever experienced. The nail techs are professional and nice. They always remember who you are on repeat visits and go out of their way to say hi. The prices are comparable and reasonable to other salons.

I didn’t particularly have a negative experience with this spa. I came with my 2 sisters and my mom by just calling and they had availability on a Saturday afternoon. There was no waiting. After picking our nail polish colors, we got seated immediately into the massage chairs. There are 4 chairs on each side of the wall. They recently renovated too. The owner of the shop did my pedicure and it was very pleasant. She was very conversational and I had a good time. The only thing id say is for them to bring in more of this season’s colors or what the current fashion for nail colors are. Our pedicures all turned out pretty and without any complaints. All the staff were very friendly! I’d come here again, $ 26 for pedicures is not too shabby! They get the job done.

I’ve been going here on and off since I was in high school. Today was my first time trying the shellac manicure and it was by far my worst experience there ever. They kept messing up my nails and I was there for an hour and a half. And in the end I asked if I still had to pay the full amount since they kept messing up. It was $ 32 and she said«it’s normally $ 35 so…» Umm I am not about to pay $ 32 for this so I asked if it could be $ 25 and they approved but I should’ve gone lower cause there are a couple of nails that aren’t great. I’ll probably go back but not for the shellac.

LOVETHISPLACE! I think Ann is the best. They will give you«the works» for a reasonable price. Not only is the experience of getting a pedicure there enjoyable but their pedicures last! They do a great job of getting your feet Sandal ready and my pedicure lasts a good month. The massage chairs are lovely. And its very clean!

Ugh, I went there for a quick fill and I will never go back. I like my nails super short and she didnt seem to understand. I kept asking her to file them and it was quite obvious, she was mad that I asked. Then she caked the polish on so much that when I left, 4 of them messed up. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had so many mess up when i left. She kept blaming it on the cold weather… what?

Horrifying. I’d give no stars if possible. Four of us went for pedicures. Each of us suffered abrasions on our feet, one of us actually bleeding. Her nail technician was chatting and kept on scrubbing while not looking at her work. My friend winced and drew her foot away, then noticed the blood. The technician just laughed and slapped her on the leg. Not at all what I would call acceptable treatment. I will never, ever return.

Don’t be offended when they ask if you want your eyebrows waxed.(«Are you sure?» they may say). And then, don’t be offended when they ask if you want your upper lip waxed when you finally realize it’s time to do it again. They do a good job of waxing(or the one I had did) and it’s just part of their services. Been here a few times. It’s almost 4 stars, but I’ve had a 4-star pedicure before. It’s like 3.7 stars. I wouldn’t go if I didn’t live close. The chairs are great and there are plenty of them. I’ve never had to wait. It is a fine place. Not superb, but fine. I will say I’ve had some damn good foot massages here – they don’t be ticklin’ or nothin’.

I am shocked I am the first to review. This place was always PACKED when I used to go regularly. You get a fine mani/pedi but nothing special for the money. Ditto for a brow wax. Good, not great and you have to tell them not to use that baby oil on your face. I have moved on to better and brighter places. But they did have a great selection of OPI nail colors to choose and comfy chairs. If you live or work nearby, it’s a fine place to go.
