My wife and I after watching a show on T. V, decided to check out this …“AWESOME” sandwich shop. Though the Duck Pastrami sandwich tasted GREAT! The other one(the name slips my mind) was… DRY…very low on meat and was average in taste. For two sandwiches and a VERYVERYSMALLSIDE Of incredibly good tasting jalapeño slaw the bill came to just under…$ 25.00.12.50 a piece??? for the price we expected more…

So I heard that noble sandwich Co. Was going to be the food here, when dinner items so I decided to check it out. So I get here, by the way is in the far back. It has a great open space with a cool look at the lake and the kettle where they store and make the beer. Now as a brewmaster they have a great beers I like the London homesick, but there are more beers I went for the light for tonight I of course will be back. Now for the food part coming from noble you know it’s going to good and different I got the fried duck odds and ends and the pecan smoked peanuts. For the peanuts if you just eat one your not going to be able to taste the smoky flavor, so take a handful they evenly smoked with that smoke flavor but not over powering. Now when you take a sip of your beer with peanuts in your mouth it really brings out the smoke flavor. But it’s a good thing, now on to the fried duck odds and ends the duck is really good but the onion straws are way over powering with salt. I do like the plate you have duck parts, onion straws, dill, cilantro and cherry tomatoes. Very very good, now the price is where it should be, for what your getting. I would get rid of the onion strings add more tomatoes maybe lightly smoke them, the tomatoes more green so the salad or arugula would bring the flavor out and still work with the duck. If your looking for pâté get it. It’s amazing at burnet location.

I’ve always been a fan of Noble Sandwiches since day one. The quality and innovation is incomparable. The newly added location inside the Oasis Brewery is no exception. The sandwiches are as perfect as always. There are a few additions to the menu here, in particular the charcuterie and a few other goodies. The duck odds and end is great. Not only is it one of the greatest beer snacks ever conceived, but a smart cross utilization of product and a great way to lessen waste. Hearts, gizzards, and livers are perfectly fried and tossed with fried fennel, blistered tomatoes and a variety of fresh herbage. I could easily nosh on a vat of these while sipping on the Oasis brews. Throw in a relaxed patio atmosphere and one of the greatest views in the area and you’ve got a damned nearly perfect evening. My only complaint, for lack of a more descriptive word, is the lack of presence. So… let me ‘splain. One of my reasons for loving the Noble Sandwich locations is of course the food.(P.S. if you haven’t been… you really need to) Another factor is the atmosphere. There is a certain charm to the stores that is lost here. Although, the food absolutely delivers, it’s just missing something that is provided by the stores. Now… don’t let that sway you from coming here, it’s just a personal preference and in no way will deter me from returning. So…grab your pup and your best girl(or guy) and head on up. It’s not as far as you think.

Noble Sandwich Co opened up shop inside the Oasis Brewing Co Labor Day weekend. They serve a handful of their creative sandwiches but in addition you will also find appetizers and charcuterie boards at this location. This location also stay open late compared to their other two locations. The Oasis Brewing Co has an excellent line up of beers and was lacking food to pair with them, these two businesses together is a great collaboration. I ordered a pork pâté with blueberry compote and pickles off the charcuterie board options. Jesse opted for the TBLT(Turkey Bacon and Lettuce Tomato) with Swiss cheese and garlic mayo. The pork pâté had great flavors and very palatable. The board paired nicely with the not sweet blueberry compote and toasted bread it was served with. The TBLT came with pickles and potato chips and was a good sized portion. The bacon and the hearty bread were the highlight of the sandwich imo. Besides beer and delicious food there are also lots of games and the famous Oasis sunset. The kitchen is currently open Thursday-Friday 5pm-10pm & Saturday-Sunday noon-10pm.
