Great food! Love the mac n cheese bites, they’re crispy on the outside, not soggy or soft like other mac n cheese bites I’ve had. The ranch dressing wasn’t home made (probably just Hidden valley), but that’s to be expected with a small food truck. The fries had a nice seasoning on them and didn’t need ketchup. I’d definitely eat here again!

First time having this truck where I work, the menu is limited but has a good amount of choices, however execution falls well below even food truck standards.
Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich w/​Fries
CFS was relatively fresh, not greasy and had good flavor, along with the glue like white gravy which held it together. Spot on.
French fries were hot but dried out, hollow, overcooked. Also, you do not Salt and Season Salt… pick one, it was like licking the bottom of a bag of pretzels.
Onion rings were HORRIED… Overcooked, burnt to hell, dried out, the onion is no more, it is now a paper ribbon.
Spent $ 11 got a $ 5 value… Sadly, my break is over, so I can’t get these fixed. However, I shouldn’t have to, they shouldn’t have ever served these.

The wings are exceptional here a must have for sure. The price for most everything is not all that much considering your downtown and they make everything from scratch. The staff is very friendly and the seating is cozy
