I worked in a drive thru before so I’m usually very understanding. And this used to be my go to Mc Donald’s because they were fast as hell. But ever since they opened there two lane drive thru they can’t seem to get it together. And I’ve been here 5 times within a month of them now having a new drive thru system. The constantly rotating staff is now ruder than ever, slow and unreliable. They don’t get orders right even though they respond to what you just asked for. And expect a hand reaching out the window with your food as if I’m going to grab it without stopping. This has become a regular issue. It’s honesty just rude. And when there is an issue with an order, the ladies at the pick up window want to argue and tell me I’m wrong when I have a passenger that witnessed that the girl taking my order was not listening in the first place. I had to drive back around for a freaking hash brown. And when I pulled to the pay window a second time the cashier looked at me and said«oh» with a hint of attitude. Yes I’m back, you don’t mess with my hash browns. So instead of giving me a hash brown the first time around due to your order takers mistake or just charging me for one at the pay window, I had to drive back around. They really wanted that $ 1.28 for that hash brown but in doing so you have lost a customer. This place used to rock my socks. It really is a shame.

Awful. Terrible service, trash on the floor, ice machine and ketchup pumps not working. My son really wanted McDonald’s, and this one is the closest to our house. After giving my shorts, uncomplicated order to an employee who was only half-listening and continually speaking Spanish to other employees rather than focusing on me and taking my order, I was not surprised when it was completely wrong and cost way more than it should have. I decided there was no point in spending more time trying to explain that I had three burgers and a small fry that I didn’t order, and was missing the nuggets. The burger I DID order was dry and extremely salty. Do not go here– you’ve been forewarned! Drive over to the Galleria and hit up All Star Burger, or down 620 to P. Terry’s instead.

Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever seen. In line 20 minutes in the drive through… and the parking lot is half empty so it’s not a spike in customers. Hopefully they’ll get their back end stuff sorted out so his is smoother.

I bought my daughter a 4-piece chicken nugget meal. When I got home I opened the container to find no nuggets. Instead there was a vomit-like substance inside of the container. After minutes of staring at it in disgust I figured out that it must be tarter sauce. I called them, and asked for my money back. He said he’d do that and hung up on me without getting my information to credit the card back. I needed a nudge in the right direction to stop feeding my child this stuff, and I believe that this is it.

Credit card system is down notified they are only taking cash. We are the only car in the drive through and the said they needed a minute. It’s been over 10 minutes and each time we ask they just keep saying give me a minute. Worst service I’ve ever received at McDonalds. No wonder why McDonald’s has posted 6 consecutive quarterly loses.

Consistently good food. The drive thru could be faster if people would be ready when they get to the speaker to order. The young lady who handed my food to me this morning had a great smile! I’m glad we have a McDonald’s here in Bee Cave.

I am usually fine with this location. Fast, clean and get everything I order. But tonight the 20 piece chicken nuggets from takeout were hard as rocks when I opened the package when I got home. I even called them. The manager was very apologetic and said she would give me credit when I came by and she got my name– so great recovery. I don’t care so much about replacements as my disappointment. I just threw them in the trash. I still gave a 4 for the other good times.

I have been buying my grandbaby Happy Meals here for the past two years. Their service has declined. She handed me a nugget that she said someone had taken a bite out of and sure enough, it was very obvious. The fries(sometimes) taste like old oil. If you buy your children Happy Meals here, please taste the food and check its quality before giving to your child. No excuse for recyling half eaten chicken nuggets,

Ate a big Mac and coke Sunday July 1st at 3pm. 12 hours later i started getting chills and a little feverish. Turns out I caught some type of norovirus. Diarrhea after the second day for two days. Most likely from employee who didn’t wash their hands after use of the restroom. If you also got sick after July 1st, contact the manager and /or corporate office. Thanks for ruining my July 4th holiday week.

It’s what you expect. 95% of McDonald’s are the same. There are the rare 5% that are either above average or below average. This one was average. The good? Lunch for under $ 5.00!

I’ve had the pleasure of coming here for weekday lunches recently. This McDonalds is aesthetically-pleasing, clean, large, and easy to access. One employee was exceptionally friendly. The parking lot is pretty big. I tried a McCafe Mocha here for the first ever time on Thursday and was impressed with its taste. It was just as tasty as the mochas from independent Austin coffeeshops like Epoch and Mozart’s and much cheaper than Mozart’s. This McDonalds is on the Northeast corner of the Hwy 71 and Bee Caves Rd intersection. There is no large«Golden Arches» sign high in the sky; it is a brick sign on the ground, which looks remotely elegant and keeps the view around this rapidly-developing area free from tacky commercial signs. The parking lot is connected to the Hill Country Galleria.
