Great service and sandwiches here. I always get the Veggie Patty, and they take an extra step to heat the party first, then toast the warm patty, bread, and cheese together. Seems like a small thing, but it makes a big difference in the quality of the sandwich here versus other Subway locations. I’ll bet they take extra care in other areas of preparation as well.

The staff here is great. Yes, it is a Subway and sometimes the bread isn’t the best and some times I wonder how long the cucumbers have been in the tray. However, I wouldn’t say that is this location. That is Subway in general. Their quality isn’t what it used to be. The staff here is always trying. It is clean. If I need a quick bite, my expectations are this sandwich will be ok. To date it has been. Not knowing the policies of the franchise I do wish they could figure out how to make the bread good all the time and the veggies a tad more fresh.

The meh, I’ve experienced better review has nothing to do with the polite, nice young lady who made my sandwich with care. It has little to do with the fairly clean location and ample bathroom space and everything to do with a commodified mass produced sandwich. Is it really bread? I suppose it is if you define bread as containing flour and yeast. Are the toppings real? Make it fresh seems like an oxymoron in this place. I did enjoy my spicy italian. It’s what I used to order years ago and it tastes the same. That fact alone makes me slightly nervous about the experience. It was nice to revisit a Subway but with so many other options I can see why it’s been so long since I wandered into one.

I will make this simple. When your restaurant is hotter than it is outside during a Texas summer you need some serious HELP! Not only are the employees idiots as we had to tell them three time we did not want our sandwiches toasted, we had to ask them to PUUULLLEEEZEE remove from the OVEN twice. So bizarre, I swear the employees here must be toking something on their lunch breaks. It was 90+ degrees outside & would rather eat in the sun than in their sweltering place. Nope, too bad no seating. Not only did we eat in our car, the couple behind us did as well. Three sets of people I overheard asking what in the world was wrong with their AC. *Please note this is not just one incident I have been here at least four times even during the spring and never has the temp been a decent 80 degrees at the least! It is always hot, I don’t think I will be back! So uncomfy, no one wants to sweat on their lunch breaks & be the stinky kid in the office! !

Horrible experience waited in line for 20 behind four people. As I was waiting in line, the who I suppose was the manager shouted that they were out of ice. When I finally got to the counter I handed the cashier cash for my food she said Do you have a card? I said no I only have cash. She continued to say well you have to pay with a card I don’t want to have count my register. To make it short she would not let me pay with my cash and I didn’t get my food. I’ve tried to contact the manager/owner about this issue and have got no word back two weeks now even after repeated attempts to contact someone. I do not recommend this subway to anyone

Of the four Subways in this vicinity, this one is by far the best!
