Their Gobi Manchurian was really bad. Their tikka masala is good though. They used to give naan and rice with entrees but they have stopped giving naan now.

I love the butter masala and vegetable korma curry. But they have increased prices now and somehow the quantity has decreased compared to what they used to serve.

Their chicken Manchurian gravy with fried rice is the best thing! Also their chicken lollipop is amazing too. But their food is extremely spicy and it gives me heart burn every time I eat there. Although we requested mild, that is generally very spicy too. It’s more of a Indian-Chinese fusion so maybe cuz of that!

My partner and I decided to quickly stop by for a snack while shopping. We had the mango lassi and the samosa chaat. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. I enjoyed the spice of the samosa chaat. The reason I am giving this restaurant five stars is because of the incredible service. The lady, who I believe was the manager, was one of the most helpful and nicest people I have met in a long time. She was happy to be there and assured good quality service for all customers. Next time my partner and I are at this shopping center, we are most definitely stopping by again.

Below average curry. Cardboard-like naan(not fresh). Not surprised by seeing zero Indians eating there.

Don’t order the green curry expecting it to be made with coconut milk. Instead it is made with thickened broth. Overall, however, their food is decent and reasonably priced. They have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. I’ll eat there again.

Was completely not an Indian food fan until my boyfriend took me here one day. Goodness this place is good! The dishes are great portions and the food really is good! The staff is super friendly and nice, the owner even hangs around sometimes. The butter chicken masala is really good for those who don’t want to dive all the way into Indian cuisine right away. I tried the kids fried rice the first time to be safe since they have Asian food as well as Indian food. The egg rolls are really good as well as the samosas! The best little secret item is the chicken quesadilla, it is amazing! I love it you should really try it!

I’m giving this place 3 stars because they removed the rice and naan option that I went time and again for. Now you have to pay 2 dollars extra to get both, though you do get more of both. The southern curry chicken is pretty good though. If you’re someone from southeast Asia, try it with the max spiciness level!

The service was over all great! I received a smile and very nice employees but the food itself was not all too pleasing to me. I had ordered a medium spiced pad thai. The meal was just around $ 11. The pad thai was bland, spice-less and more white than I expected. I’ve heard Masala Wok was great and food was good, however, my experience with my food was not all too satisfying. I took note of my friend’s meal(I don’t remember what it was exactly) and he had ordered a meal that was mild and way more spicy than the meal I had ordered which I found odd. I hope that when I return that my experience will be better.

Some employees are ill mannered and the owner doesn’t seem to care. The guy taking the order had a vn awful attitude. The food is good except for schezwan rice. Hope the management takes note of this.

Went there with my local friend. He suggested the Thai Pepper Fried Rice: Pretty good. Chicken Lollipop: Awesome(similar to the ones that I had Peacock restaurant in Bay area). Beer was only $ 2.50 for 12oz: quite reasonable. Hakka noodles with Chicken: Expected it to be dry… but wasn’t so. Decent/good taste. Good service… more like a fast food place

Excellent casual Indian /Asian restaurant in a north Austin strip mall. Counter service, but they bring the food to your table — kind of like Pei Wei. I had the Southern Curry with shrimp, which came with rice and garlic naan. It was excellent. I also ordered manchau soup, which was bursting with flavor.

I have always been a big fan of masala wok for their fusion version of Indian food. I simply love the Paneer Tikka Masala and the naan here. I have tried many other things like Thai Pepper Fried rice, szechuan fried rice etc and they were decent enough too. Their hakka noodles was ok.

Chicken tikka masala was not bad. Ordered medium spice, but it didn’t taste spicy at all. The naan is sort of strange… unlike any naan I’ve had before. Still tasty though! Would come here again if I get the craving for cheap chicken tikka masala.

Ordered samosa and the rice and noodle dish. Its actually called rice and noodle — one plate. Its stir fry rice and noodle with an omelette on top and your choice of meat. Its really good and my son also enjoyed it. Will definitely like to come back and try other items. Its a casual restaurant where you order first before sitting down. If dining in, you get a number for your order and an expo will bring the food out to you.

As someone who gets turned off by too much cumin and other such musky spices, I have had trouble finding Indian food that I enjoy. Still, I have been on a quest to expand my palate and lately I have been picking up the Murgh Makani entrees at HEB and Trader Joes and enjoying them. Fast forward to today, when we put in a group order for lunch at work here, to go. I cautiously got the Butter Masala with shrimp and I was completely unprepared for how delicious it was. The Basmati rice and garlic naan that came with it were very flavorful too. In fact, it was all so decadently rich I had to enjoy it over two sittings! I could have almost eaten it meatless, it was so good. Each shrimp was an extra bonus burst of flavor. I just finished and am already looking forward to my next meal here!

Love love love this place !!! Sitting miles away from Austin, I drool over the food served here every time I think about it. It’s one of my must-visit places when in Austin and my favorite Indo-Chinese restaurant in this country. Chicken 65 and Schezwan chicken fried rice is a combo I’d never get bored of, here. :)
