I’ve never bought a car so easily in my life. I was dreading the whole process but these guys are great. No pressure and a fair price. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I just bought a car and we were really impressed with the customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Have visited this dealership 3 or 4 times in the past couple of months. Didn’t just drive through but actually parked, got out, and walked the lot stopping to look closer at several vehicles I was interested in. Not once was I approached by one of the owners. (The auto detail guy at least smiled and said ‘Good morning!’ when I parked next to him.)
They’ve got some decent-​looking vehicles and I realize most folks don’t want to be ‘attacked’ by the stereotypical used car salesman when they visit a dealership but if they want to sell their vehicles they should at least get off their butts and offer to help when a customer drives onto the lot, especially if one takes the time to get out and take his time to look at their inventory. Just a friendly suggestion. :-)

I have utilized Lone Oak Motors on two (2) different occasions and received excellent service in selling my vehicles, both Jeep products. I appreciated the attention to keeping me informed of the «sales progress» and the courtesy and professionalism offered by the owner and his associates. They made the process very easy and we accomplished our goal. I had to come down a «little» on the offer price, but it was very reasonable based on actual sales data… and I was glad to accomplish my goal of freeing up some capital for my next vehicle purchase.. They are very informed in the auto market for all types of makes and models… no high pressure, just very informative and ease of process by these professionals. I highly recommend Lone Oak Motors and Bruce, owner, and his sales associates for buying or selling your vehicle.

My husband and I have bought 3 cars here in the past 3 years and Bruce (owner) has always been fair and honest. We used to buy our cars from the big companies in Austin, not anymore. Every time we’ve needed a car for us or our 3 children, LoneOak always gave us the best deal. If you want to say goodbye to car salesman tricks and tactics, and want a fair price on a used car, then drive to LoneOak Motors. You won’t regret it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband & I purchased an older model van for our daughter and her husband to get them started. They were paying us back when the transmission on the van went out (to the tune of $ 3200 for repairs). We purchased the van «as is»; however, we assumed that since the team at Loan Oak received a decent review, they would do SOMETHING. We had the van for SEVEN MONTHS.
Their solution: «have your mechanic call us and we’ll work something out.» We were thankful, they shook our hands and whisked us out the door. My daughter’s mechanic called 3x and they would not return his phone call. I emailed the owner conveying my disgust with his lack of integrity. I was told, «Unfortunately this van ended up having problems 7 months down the road and that the cost to repair it was such a large amount.» What?! What good does that do my daughter & her husband now that they owe us for the worthless piece of junk they were sold AND a car payment for the vehicle they had to purchase to get back & forth to work?!
No integrity, disloyal, dishonest, no morals… wouldn’t go to this place for a bicycle.
