Today I am wearing pants from loft, a sweater from loft, and a scarf from loft.
If you wear petites, this is your store. If you wear tall sizes, this is your store. If your body requires such odd sizes like xxs, they got it. If you need tall AND xs they got it. And for crying out loud, if you need «curvy» sizes, well they motherfucking got that too.
I’m an adult who needs to look like an adult but wear sizes that aren’t the «average» size. So I shop here, and lots online. We’re all winning when I get gift cards here.
Loft, you get me and my style. And I just love that.

My sweet friend can find some of the cutest darn clothes here. Me, not so much. When I find something it’s too wide or too short or too long or too tight. They don’t have clothes that fit my short body. Until… now!
We were very brave to come here on the second Saturday of SX but I guess everyone was getting over Lady Gaga and the vomiting because it was fairly quiet. I was ecstatic to finally find the perfect pants! White denim in a «Modern» Skinny fit. And, everything was 40% off. Finally, someone noticed the short girls and gave us a discount to boot!

The employees are very nice and attentive, and the store is very clean. Their sale section was great and they also had a lot of different varieties. The regular sections were also very well organized and the store as a whole was very tidy and wonderful to browse around in. The only downfall would be that if you buy something from them, you can NOT return their items or exchange them at the regular Ann Taylor store but can only do this at the «LOFT» stores.

I am a huge fan of the Loft and love shopping here (probably too much). This loft locations is like other ones I have been in. But, they seem to be staffed pretty thinly then other locations.
I like that typically when I go to Loft there is always someone in the dressing area asking you if you are OK, and if not giving you alternate sizes, or providing some sage girl advice on your outfit. I have MANY times been steered away from purchasing a fashion OOPS or NO-​NO by a stylish Loft employee. Often it will be to buy less, and an alternate cheaper item, so it’s to buy more, as they are NOT paid by commission here.
However, because the two ladies I have seen working here don’t have time to do that, they are trying to keep up with the demand at the cash register or put things away in the store, I am missing the help in the dressing area, which is why I give 3 vs. 4 stars here. They have been friendly, super nice, and doing their best to provide as good service as they can.
