Very poor customer service. The drive thru people here has bad mood and attitude all the time. I just like kfc so much and this is the nearest location to where I live that’s why I keep coming back. But I pray so hard that they won’t push me to my limit.

We went at 1033 and they closed at 1130. They looked closed but Adam was super nice about making our food. We waited 30 minutes but my mom doesn’t visit often and wanted her fix of KFC. I appreciate how patient and willing they were to help us! Thanks for making my mom’s nights! And thanks for the extra biscuits and cookies! Will definitely return!

Every now and again we get a KFC craving and every time we go here we are disappointed. This last visit, they shorted us two pieces of chicken at the drive thru, which we only discovered when we got home. I’m not going to drive back to the store for 2 pieces of chicken but I will complain here. Biscuits were dry. Original chicken was soggy. Corn was just sad; dark yellow and overcooked — how hard is it to reheat corn?

The long haired guy that’s working the drive through right now has the worst attitude I’ve encountered for a long time. If you don’t like people — don’t be in customer service, period. When you are so rude, snap at people, and make people leave without purchasing anything, it’s time to reevaluate what you’re doing. I won’t be back. But, in the end, Thanks rude guy — you helped me to find church’s chicken. They’re cheaper, way nicer, and so far have pretty darn good food.

Yes, they’ve had their problems and have been understaffed, but they are trying their best. And EVERY time I go in I’m taken care of. Randy, Tomas, Rosa, Domenick, everyone is awesome! I frequent this location at least 3 – 5 times per week for a drink(sweet tea) and a cookie ;-)… I also get the chicken Littles often. They keep trying to improve and know a lot of their patrons by name. If you’ve had a bad experience within the past 3 – 6 months, please give then another try. Things are better.

Never again will I spend another dime at this location. I have had, by far, the worst customer service experience at this location. I stopped by on Christmas eve at about 5:45pm(with published hours until 8:00pm) I decided to use the drive through. When the Lady behind the speaker told me that they did not have enough to make the Large family meal I requested i was informed that it would be almost a 30 minute wait. I asked what they could do and her reply was well I DON’T have enough to make the 26 piece, Ok well how about the large tenders meal? Nope we don’t have that either. Well i guess i will come inside and see what we can work out because i really do not want to have to cook for the Family tonight. As I am walking up to the door, there is an employee with an apron on LOCKING the door. INMYFACE. Now there are three employees inside making these over exaggerated driving signs, I say I was JUST in the drive through lane and i really don’t want to sit for half an hour in my car. So finally one of the employees comes out the back door and tells me that i can not come in the Lobby. I was furious and at this point lost any appetite for what they were serving. I worked at a KFC in high school and KNOW that this is unacceptable. I guess its another chicken place from now on!

Waited in line tonight on Friday, Nov 6 at 645pm and there were three people in front of me. It was chaos in there. After 20 minutes only one person ordered so I bailed and left. When I left, the line was almost out the door. While waiting tirelessly, I got confused by their new menu which forces you to get a drink with every meal and seemingly now forces mashed potatoes on you in lieu of giving you the flexibility to pick your sides. Family meals have price creeped to fine dining prices and gone is the 4pc 2 side meal which was a reasonable deal. Anyways, there was no management handling the lines, apologizing or anything. Patrons who had drinks couldn’t get ice as all ice machines were down. Then some lady came in and was demanding a check or something and they didn’t have it so she was upset and distracting management with that while the rest of the staff was tirelessly and helplessly managing the drive thru and not the inside line. Management was apologetic to her, but at no point apologetic to people waiting in line with no communication on why it wasn’t moving or seemingly no care that the line was swelling to Hop Doddy levels. It was apparent that the drive thru was getting priority as we just stood inline and watched fast food chaos. I’ve been going here regularly for four years as a quick to go meal, it has gone downhill and prices have gone uphill. You win, I won’t be back.

We had a good experience. I was still feeling pretty hazy and bumpin’ some old p funk so the day was already amazing, but these guys took it to the next level, the amazing person behind the speaker named eufemia was so friendly and helpful, and they were speedy in delivering at the window. Our Balcones Woods Neighborhood enjoyed a fabulous picnic last night that included chicken and biscuits from the KFC on 183. We put in a large order of 13 buckets earlier in the week and the staff had it hot and ready on time for us to pick up. They were very friendly and and accommodating. This is the second year we have used them for this event and we will definitly come back. We ordered grilled, original and crispy versions and all were delicious. Thanks guys. You did an awesome job once again.

Wir waren nicht sehr begeistert von der Staff. Es brauchte lange um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Der Laden ist sehr klein und hat nicht viele Sitze. Das Petsonal war freumdlich und das Essen war ok. Werden aber in Zukunft einen anderen KFC besuchen weil das Personal nicht versteht was man will. Kenne das sonst anderst bei KFC. SORRY!

We always order a bucket and 7 times out of 10 we do not get the number of pieces ordered. Very disappointed. Should return and ask for refund or more chicken, but it’s too much trouble. Maybe they’re fast, but that’s not good when they don’t deliver what they promise.

I have not been to a KFC for years. I remember it being really good. So since they been blasting the commercials I got excited and went for some. When I got home and went for the chicken it was terrible. Not even crispy. I been to Popeyes and it way better quality chicken.

The staff is friendly, if perpetually confused. And that’s the reason this location gets 2 stars instead of 1. They were out of original breast pieces last night. A Friday night. How does that make sense? They were also way understaffed, and the cashier kept bolting off while there were still people in line to order. We’re not talking about a lot of people, either. Like three or four in line, and he couldn’t take all the orders before taking off again. It was rather silly. Also, holy crap the«crispy» is nasty. It’s like salty chalk. How the crispy recipe has stuck around, I’ll never know. I can’t imagine anyone actually liking it.

I haven’t been here in years. Maybe my tastes have changed, but this just isn’t good food. I don’t expect it to be healthy, but it should taste good. The chicken was barely average. The sides were lower quality than a school cafeteria. My stomach wasn’t happy with my decision to eat here either.

First time eating KFC and I gotta tell you, I am not impressed. The chicken was very oil-y and I didn’t want to eat it when I took it out of the box. The coleslaw did not feel fresh and the gravy looked like it water down. I would not recommend it

I’ve been to many KFCs, but this one it my favorite. It’s very modern inside and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. Order’s always right and it’s always out promptly and cooked well. I’ve twice received a free meal because they got their food out to me in 97 seconds(anything over 90 seconds is supposed to be free– good to see that they make good on their promise). My favorite KFC!
