My dad has MS and is very blessed to not normally need help getting around. He does need a wheelchair when we go on family outings to the zoo or park. Kerring Group has always been there for us when we needed a rental or even just had a question about what equipment might help him. If you are looking for a place that doesn’t feel sterile or insincere, Kerring Group is the place to go!

My wife needed a wheelchair for the trail of lights. Armando was very helpful on the phone and polite. The equipment is clean and in great working condition. It’s hard to find people who smile and are friendly to customers in Austin anymore (sad). But Armando was an old school Texas Friendly Guy. Hopefully I won’t have anymore needs for a wheelchair or other equipment but if I do (maybe 50 years from now) I’ll be back!

More like 10 STARS! From the moment I contacted Kerring Group I was treated with respect and felt like I actually mattered. The staff are amazing and really care about the customer. I have many injuries from car wrecks and have needed many different devices from TENS units to canes, crutches, shower chairs. You name it, this company has been there to supply me with what I need. They are not here just to make a buck, they are here because they care. I send everyone I know to them and will always use them for any device needs. Thank you Kerring Group for everything! You guys ROCK!

I rented a knee scooter when I had an event to attend, instead of struggling on crutches. I love that they were open with length of rental and flexible with when I would return the scooter. Everything went smoothly and the scooter was in perfect condition! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the website says $ 12/​day rental fee but on the phone I was told they require a minimum of two days. I would have preferred to have the choice to rent for just one day or, at the very least, show the two day minimum on the website. I definitely recommend Kerring Group, despite that! I will use them again in the future.

Rude, unhelping and UnKerring Group. Dont use them. If you have medicade or pay cash use someone else. Oh and only because I have to place a star did they get one.
