Katy David is an amazing therapist. My daughter started seeing her for depression. We have had many other therapists and were ready to quit them all when we first met Katy. So we did stop seeing the others and my daughter chose to stick only with Katy for yoga therapy. Let me say, although I have been practicing yoga for years, my daughter refused when I encouraged her to try. But with Katy, after every appointment she comes out exhausted, but with a smile on her face. Like she actually did something good for her body, and mind! Also, Katy is so intuitive with my daughter. She always asks the right questions and knows just what to say. I am always amazed by her work. I would highly recommend Katy David for therapy, whether it’s talk or yoga, it’s all good.

I have been doing yoga therapy with Katy for the past two and a half years. It has been life changing! Katy has taught me how to to move my body and focus my mind in a way I never knew existed. She is a wonderful person — caring, warm, smart and accepting. She has taught me to relax and tackle situations in ways I have never tried before. I am very protective of my weekly visits. My friends and clients know that I never miss my weekly yoga therapy sessions.
I am not very athletic, but Katy has worked with me to build strength in my body as well as my mind and soul. Her office is my sanctuary and I am honored to know her. I highly recommend Katy to those who are seeking guidance and support.

While people discuss the ins and outs of the mundane-​ness that «changes their lives» in a really great new brunch spot or chips and queso «to die for» the term «it changed my life» gets thrown around so lightly that it, rather disturbingly, removes all weight from the term.
This practice, this person (Katy) and the openness, understanding, acceptance, positivity, and genuine concern and interest in allowing someone to build the pathways to really get to know themselves from the inside out that is experienced here is fascinating, overwhelming, beautiful, and leaves you wide open and absolutely awake.
Few things carry this weight in my world and participating in therapy with Katy has absolutely CHANGED MY LIFE. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to allow it to continue to change my life each week. I can’t recommend her enough!

Katy’s style of acceptance-​based therapy had a profound effect on my life. She is extremely considerate, patient, and intuitive in looking for what will work best with each patient. I was having terrible panic attacks and general anxiety when I had the good fortune of finding her. She worked with me in finding ways to accept these feelings and thoughts and changed my perspective about them. She helped me realize that I had it within me to face these challenges and accept them.
