Jackie’s Dance & Gymnastics Center

Jackie’s is AMAZING! My husband and I enrolled our daughter 2 years ago and have been so happy with our decision. They have such a great balance with academics and physical balance to pursuit. This school nurtures the students and encourages them to be independent. The environment is safe and warm. I love that the class sizes are small. The teachers are awesome and truly care for the children. I also love how how they are so hands on. We love this school.

My daughter loved going to Jackie’s academy. We attended the Pre-​K 3 and 4. You can not find a more comprehesive program and activities for the price. Not only that but I felt comfortable with the teachers and her safety. She is academically advanced for school and has great memories. I also know several of Jackie’s dance students that are now in their 30’s that have had successful dance careers and speak highly of her programs.

Thought it would be cool to send my daughter there, they have a lot of activities and it’s close to the house. The prices posted online were very expensive but we decided if the facilities were nice it would be worth it. We called and made a appointment to tour the facility but when we got there we had to wait a hour before the administrator spoke with us. We never actually toured the facility because when we finally spoke with her she told us that the monthly tuition was actually $ 1200 instead of the $ 850 that they had posted online. $ 1200 dollars for childcare that’s more than my mortgage. Hmmm. Makes me wonder if we were just getting the big diss.

Wow! If this is really how they run their business, I have no idea why any parent would take their child to Jackie’s. They charge $ 70 a month for gymnastics classes for 5 year olds. Twice this month, the teachers haven’t shown up. When I checked the second week as to why we got there and the teachers weren’t there, I was told that the teachers called everyone and said the class was moved to 4pm. NOT TRUE! I was there at 435pm for the 5pm class and the gym was completely closed up. I don’t think the person who answered the phone realized that I was actually in the gym and knew I was being lied too. If the class had been moved to 4pm, then there would still be a bunch of 5 year olds running around the gym when I got there.
