We hired Gregorio’s to cater a morning pancake breakfast for 80 people for a holiday celebration at work and they were delicious and fluffy and packed full of fresh ingredients and they were generous with both portions and toppings. Sasha was great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had my Christmas party catered by Gregorio’s and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The food and customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! Sasha was the one who I placed my order with and who delivered the food. This wonderful woman went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. We forgot utensils and plates and she stopped on her way to deliver the food and bought us some! I will definitely be using Gregorio’s for our Christmas party next year and for my wedding. If any one is looking to have their event catered please consider using Gregorio’s. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Sasha for your kindness, generosity, and delicious food! It was an absolute privilege to work with you.

I hired Gregorio’s to cater an big neighborhood event I organized. Sasha was by far the easiest to talk to about food choices, and displayed impressive creativity with the entrée choices. Het ruck wasn’t available, so she pitched a tent and served pre-cooked pasta bowls over heated pans. Her food was extraordinary, personality amazing, and overall such a pleasure to do business with. Next time I have another catering need like this or similar, Gregorio’s will be my first call.

I had to cater a month-long television show shoot in Austin and Gregorio’s provided us with fantastic food. Not only is their food absolutely delicious, their customer service is superb. They always accommodated my last-minute changes and were flexible with our crazy schedule and specific dietary restrictions. They also have really affordable pricing. Sasha and her mother Isabella are wonderful, which is icing in the cake. I highly recommend their food truck and catering services!

I used Gregorio’s to cater a baby shower last November. Sasha, the catering manager, offered various options for this brunch, and together we put together a perfect menu including risotto, tortellini, frittata, and bruschetta. She prepared almost everything fresh in my kitchen. The food was delicious, and the price very reasonable. It was a hassle free way to serve my guests something special. I

The staff is super friendly! I got the Peach Lemonade and it was super tangy and refreshing & exactly what I needed on such a hot day! Visited them at the Midway Food Park during Truck by Truckwest. I’ll definitely visit them again next time I’m in ATX.

First, the people that work here are so nice. I always like to support businesses that provide good service as well as goods. And, to the point the food was great, too! I came for the fried ravioli, but they’re having issues with their supplier so they were out. The meatball marinara I got in its place made up for my disappointment. Even though it’s a fairly basic dish, the marinara sauce and the meatballs were really flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back to try the ravioli.

I visited Gregorio’s as part of Austin’s Truck and Trailer food festival Truck By TruckWest last night. Their signature dish for the competition was the Pan-Fried Ravioli. It is a Five-cheese ravioli, pan-fried to a golden brown that is far and away the best Ravioli I may have ever had in my life. The cheese blend is the star here. It is soft and creamy and buttery and not at all gritty or bitter or distractingly aged. It has a phenomenal texture I have never seen anyone achieve before. It is creamy in such a manner as to flow naturally through the mouth in a bite. Giving you a full, rich flavor that fills you with comfort and satisfaction. It is served with marinara sauce that I thought was an excellent counterpoint to the hand-crafted pasta of the Ravioli. It is light and slightly thin by comparison to the thicker, rich sauces you can often encounter in restaurants and that is a good thing because it only proves the fresh, hand sliced, hand mixed, carefully cooked and kept from overcooking till it falls into a mush trap that so many Italian chefs of lesser care can fall into. Oh no, this is a ripe tomato, garlic, salt and excellence experience that television commercials promise you with their imagery in advertising but almost now restaurant ever delivers on. It also needs mentioning that the Proprietor was personable, real, and helpful. An excellent front-man for this superior business. He was willing to answer questions, set my group at ease with knowledgeable commentary on his offering into the competition and was clean and well-ordered despite visibly working in a kitchen at the same time as serving his walk-ups. A consummate professional. I look forward to returning to find out what other surprises he has to offer.

I popped into Gregorio’s for part of Truck by Truckwest while at the Midway food Trailer park and sampled their sausage and peppers. I’m not a huge fan of sausage(that’s what she said) but I will say that this definitely impressed me. Nice rich flavor, great texture and something I’d actually order. I’m intrigued by the other rave reviews and will have to try the pan fried ravioli and some others as well. Looking forward to trying more from this place as I was impressed so far.

Gregorio’s is one of my favorite places to eat! I love the pan fried ravioli, and the meatball sub, but my favorite dish is probably the sausage and peppers! The service is super friendly and fast. Really wonderful people! These guys cater too! Excellent NY Style Italian food right here in ATX!

To make the most out of an unusual cold front, we wanted to eat outdoors and enjoy the weather. My bru(his word for«bro»; don’t ask me why, I just go along with it) and I both got the meatballs from Gregorio’s. You get three sizable meatballs served over penne pasta and marinara sauce for $ 9. A bit overpriced, but it was a lot of food. Neither of us could finish, although he was extremely hungover and preferred his Gatorade. The homemade meatballs were hot and hearty, but the sauce/pasta were cold. I’m skeptical of those 5 star reviews. I mean, I personally felt like this was marginally better than Olive Garden. Your Unilocal check-in gets you a free Italian soda. I barely had a few sips of my amaretto peach before a fly decided to drown itself in my drink. I guess I didn’t need the extra sugar anyway.

Top notch New York style Italian food! Every meal has been spectacular. The bruschetta is simply the best I’ve ever had. Caprese salad is light and refreshing. You can’t beat herbs picked fresh right there at their trailer. Order anything on the menu. You won’t be disappointed. Be sure to grab one of their Italian sodas. The vanilla and the coconut flavors are my two favorites. You can’t beat the hospitality that accompanies the fine food. These are awesome folks here and they might just know a thing or two about Italian food.

I’ve wanted to try this place for the last few months, ever since I discovered The Midway Food Trailer Court. Unfortunately you have to walk past the Dock & Roll Diner to get to them. Dock & Roll makes great lobster rolls. Lobster is one of my absolute favorite foods. So it’s taken several visits to this very nice Food Trailer Court(which also has much better than usual parking for a Food Trailer Court) to get past the lobster and try Gregorio’s. I had the sausage & peppers sub. It’s served on delicious, fresh bread. The sausage looks and tastes great. The peppers and onions with the sauce compliments it perfectly. It’s a large sandwich and I couldn’t finish it all. The exceptionally nice and friendly people were glad to wrap my leftovers quickly and expertly. Later on, the warmed up leftover half of the sub tasted just as great. To quote our favorite action hero: «I’ll be back!»

Where to start? How about YUM! I work close(walking distance) to Midway Food Park so I go there for lunch 3 times a week or more. One of my favorite places is Gregorio’s. The ravioli and bruschetta are great snacks or complement to any meal. So I recommend starting there. After that, check the board for specials. So far, my favorite is Chicken Alfredo but I’ve really enjoyed all of the meals. The meatball sub is great. The bread is crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy in the middle. The meatballs are delicious and covered in cheese and sauce. It’s actually a messy sandwich cause it’s full of so many meatballs and toppings! My only negative is the Italian soda’s. Don’t get me wrong, they are so good! But they’re a little expensive. Are they worth it? Probably, but it’s not something I can get every time. Those are special occasion purchases. Overall I really enjoy the food and the company at Gregorio’s. The owners are fun to talk to and really care that you’re getting a delicious meal. Oh, and if you like peppers, try the bruschetta or sausage and peppers sub. The peppers are amazing. I really don’t love peppers in general. Like I’ll eat them, but I don’t go out of my way for them. But at Gregorio’s they’re pretty amazing. Enough for me to recommend them. So that’s pretty crazy. :)
