My mom and I went to Fresh Baked for lunch and loved it! We ordered the ham tomato basil quiche and a salad. The quiche was full of flavor and the salad was served with diced peppers and walnuts. I especially liked the lemony dressing it was served with. For dessert, we had the brownie bread pudding. It tasted like it was fresh out of the oven… it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! They also serve it a la mode which would make it out of this world. Update: I went back to try their spinach and mushroom quiche, and it was equally satisfying as the ham tomato basil. Vegetarians rejoice!

Great food(the best quiche and toast I’ve ever had in my life) and great service! Usually can find parking and there’s some really nice outdoor seating. It’s perfect for a good weather day or take-away on a not great weather day. I’d highly recommend going here.

Fresh Baked is a cute little baked-goods food truck attached to the Spider House Café. It’s set back from the street in the parking lot, so it’s a bit hard to see at first if you’re facing the entrance of the café or the ballroom out front. They have a good selection of sweet and savory pastries, cookies, and baked goods, including gluten-free items. My friend ordered a GF pecan sandy(not because we’re GF, just because he thought it sounded good), and it actually was pretty decent! The beignets sounded amazing, but unfortunately I had JUST eaten a giant BBQ dinner and was too full to try one. They’re friendly and chatty at the window and happy to answer questions about their baked goods. But my favorite part is probably the small book exchange shelf set up outside their truck. Take a book, leave a book, buy a brownie bread pudding!
