Eisen Nancy DO

Dr. Eisen is a one stop shop. I was new to Texas couldn’t find any doctors for my condition, she help me find good doctors and treated me until I could see them. Dr Eisen knows her medicine and will go above and beyond for her patience, if you want a good reliable doctor see Dr.Eisen.

Dr. Eisen is one of the most pleasant doctors i’ve ever dealt with, even under somewhat unpleasant circumstances. she has a wonderful & light-​hearted demeanor that will immediately put you at ease, no matter the situation.
so glad i found her years ago! she is a gem to the medical world.

My whole experience with Dr. Eisen has been outstanding. She’s warm, candid, knowledgeable, helpful in unexpected ways. She gives you her full attention and the time you need. I was bounced around from specialist to specialist over the last two years and she brought stability and reason to me regarding my situation. I feel like she’s my advocate and has my back. Great sense of humor, also!
Her MA and staff are very responsive to calls and inquiries. She sets the tone.

I’ve been seeing Dr Eisen as my primary care physician for the last 3 years. I have recommended her to 2 friends who also now use her as their PCP. She has a straight-​forward no BS sort of bedside manner which I really like in a doctor, but she does not come across as brusque or rude. She gave me a great referral to a surgeon when I needed a tumour removed and I’ve always found her willing to pause and discuss my options with me.
It’s immensely convenient that’s she’s part of the Austin Diagnostic Group because when you do need to see a specialist you can see somebody in the same group and you count as an established patient, and they have access to your info in the ADC computer system.
The facility has an «easy care clinic» on the bottom floor where you can be seen without an appointment or make a same day appointment with a nurse practitioner.
If you like doctors to make sympathetic tut-​tut noises and do a lot of hand holding she might not be the doctor for you. If you like somebody with a no nonsense approach to medicine, Dr Eisen is your girl.
