I thought I had the flu so I needed to find a doctor who could see me quickly. Dr. Ramzi Dakour had same day availabilty and was able to get me in to see him within a few hours. He is such a nice doctor, extremely attentive and friendly. He took his time and I never felt rushed during our visit. He’s a hidden jewel in Round Rock and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

ADC overall does a decent job at scheduling appointments rather quickly however I am very un-​impressed with Dr. Sujata Jere. She is not courteous or have patience to listen. She imposes to address only 1 situation in 1 visit and doesn’t care if there are multiple needs or issues with a patient that would need attention. My 2 cents, find another doc within ADC.

Extremely friendly staff, I wait less than 5 minutes every time I come in. The doctors (mine is Norma Magee) are attentive and take the time to listen to your issues, the system is well organized and therefore moves very quickly and smoothly.

I have been here a few times. Customer service was nice but Sujata Jere, M.D. doesnt seem to really want to listen to you. OK i smoke but that is not what i was there for. But all she kept harping on is me quitting smoking. Hello .Im an adult! We all have our vices. So round and round we go and she still isn’t listening to why im actually there that day.
Long story short, find someone else if you can. Or if you like not being listened to she is the one for you!
