Literally, order anywhere else. Maybe the food is good but I don’t know. Terrible ordering experience. Repeated address, phone number and card number multiple times. Waited an hour, did not get a pizza because they got the phone number wrong and could find the delivery spot. Asked for a discount on the new attempt for a pizza and only was willing to do 15 percent. Not worth my time. Would not have got money back unless I called to attempt to find it… How does your technology not pickup the number I’m ordering from and just pop it in? It’s really not this hard.

If I could I would put negative 5 stars. Pizza got to my complex 1 hour and 30 minutes late. What kind of shit is that. No one answered my calls at the store. I wasn’t going to pay for cold pizza. Disappointed in the customer service and rude worth ethics that this location has. I don’t recommend their service, next time I’ll order from PIZZAHUT. Smh.

We got a very cold pizza and a «chicken parm» sandwich with 3 dime size pieces of chicken… the order took 45 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time, and we only live a mile away…

This location is in need of major help! My order showed up over 20 min later than the longest estimated wait time. I called the store with no answer, 10 times! When I finally spoke to a person, they responded rudely to my call. My pizza showed up cold. The driver was super nice and seemed to be swamped!

Upon 6 orders of 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas, 3 came prepared wrong, but the manager, Brie(Bree, maybe?), was always quick to help out. On a credited pizza due to wrong toppings, we were delivered this… The toppings and sauce were corrected this time, but only a small portion over half of the pizza was covered with cheese and toppings… no sauce. I called back and Brie/Bree didn’t know why that happened. I believed somebody should’ve checked if the pizza was properly made before being sent out to a customer. The driver even opened it up and okayed the pizza before handing it to me(How is this okay?). This is mine and my fiancé’s choice of junk food so we order once a month from this Domino’s. Sadly after this, we will be finding a new place to enjoy our cheat meals. Delicious pizza, though. Thumbs up on taste.

I ordered at 6:45 p.m. The location is literally 10 minutes from my house(and I rounded up). The order tracker reflected that my order was out the door at 7:16. I don’t know what time it was when my phone rang and someone said, «aahhhh, jane doe, how do I get to your street?» From his location, there IS only one way to go even if he delivered other orders before coming to my house SOUTHEAST! I gave him directions. So I’m thinking he’s on his way. So forty minutes later I get another call. It’s him… «Man, uh, um, how did you say to get to your street again» I know I’m making him sound like Butthead but he sounded to me like a drunk, tripping, just spaced out Christopher Walken! And he kept saying«man» and I’m a woman. So I asked him where he was and he was, down the street and around the corner so I said turn and turn and hung up. Then he called me back. Really, really!!! At 8:50 he bangs on my door. I went to the door, without opening it and yelled through the wood that the pizza took too long and cancel my order(I didn’t want to ruffle his crazy feathers. So I called the manager and complained about the guy calling me so much and why should I, as a customer being giving HIM directions! He should have had a GPS — he had a phone for god-sake! The manager had all these excuses… at first… but then he apologized and gave me a credit. But I only ordered the pizza for my grandsons and I hate fast-food! Never again. I went out and got them some kid chicken meals and was out and back in 15 minutes!

Confused, slow and really not worth it. Clueless enough to tell us that they were slammed and we were pushed back, over an hour late. They suck and the vending machine is a better option

The mobile app is worthless. Every time I’ve attempted to use it the order disappears and I’ve wasted the same amount of time it would’ve taken me to drive and pick the food up. Also, waiting on hold to try and place the unsuccessful online order over the phone was terrible — waited 10 min on hold before I gave up.

I really enjoy the pizza but I was shocked today! I asked the person behind the counter for some Parmesan cheese and some chili peppers and was told it’s now a dollar and $ 1.25 or something like that for the cheese and peppers, domino’s are you that tight on money I will no longer go there because there’s no reason to pay for cheese and red peppers when no other pizza establishment charges for that — boooooo Domino’s

My office orders pizzas from here on the regular. Well today we ordered a pizza on two different cards. Was told our pizza would arrive in 20 – 30 minutes. I got a call less than 5 minutes later and was told that they could not deliver to our office, even though they have so many times before. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the same thing and that my card would receive the payment back within two days. The manager Erica Zuniga, proceeded to yell at me and my office manager and refused to do anything to make it right. She hung up on us numerous times and would give us different names each time we tried to call back. She was extremely rude. Needless to say we contacted corporate and reported the whole experience. Hopefully someone loses their job because that’s not proper management material. So myself and co worker went without lunch thanks to this crappy Domino’s and their lazy incompetent«manager» and staff.

Website… this site has disabled online orders. Mobile app, same thing. Website crashing all over. Site phone… busy. And busy… and still busy. It’s Sunday. In April. It’s not like it’s the superbowl…

We are not big on domino’s, but wanting a different taste got us a great pizza. Our first time ordering from them and the dropped the ball. The young lady got down the wrong address, no worries cause the delivery driver called me up and apologized and said he be right here. Upon arrival he made one comment that spoke the truth.” At least we got the order right”. Yes they did, GREATJOB. We will definitely be call them again. And to the young lady who answered… no worries we all make mistakes.

The pizzas here are amazing :). Definitely better than Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. They have a really good two topping two medium pizzas special, 6 dollars per medium pizza, and they also have some really interesting specialized pizzas you can order as well(look at the menu) for whenever you’re in the mood for something different. Mondays through Thursdays they have a large 3 topping special for just 8 dollars for carry out! So cheap! Their Memphis barbeque chicken speciality pizza is delish. if you never had a pizza with barbeque sauce in it instead of pizza sauce definitely try that out, I highly recommend it it’s sooo good. They usually deliver in around less than 30 minutes by the time you order, though sometimes it could take over an hour if you order whenever they’re real busy. It helps to think first before you order: is there something going on that could make Domino’s take a long time to get to my place? Don’t ever order whenever it’s raining outside, that’s when it takes the longest to get there since usually Dominos gets slammed on rainy days… or if you do order on a rainy day always call before the rain hits so they will get to your abode first before all the other customers order. The hot wings here are amazing, try some of those if you order any of their sides. Cheesy bread is decent snack food… especially when u got a buzz going on. Boneless chicken is pretty good as well… make sure to order dipping cups with it. They have a variety of dipping cups. I’m not big on their deserts, sandwiches, or pastas, and they just have generic soft drinks… but I guess they go well with the pizzas. And a lot of people like all of that stuff so I guess I’m alone in disliking them.

The pizza was overcooked, most of the crust was hard and black. While waiting for carry out the manager came out and yelled at an employee. Real professional… But it is a pizza place I guess. Pretty pricey IMO, probably won’t be back. Works for a semi quick pizza fix and nothing more.

They messed up my pizza, but the manager made it right. She did this by giving the one they messed up for free, and she kindly added a 2 liter of coke, for making me wait for the correct one to be made. They quickly made the right pizza in under 10 minutes. Olivia is the nice young manager that is running the place very well and values customer service. The owner should give her a raise. The pizza was also much better then the last one I got from S 1st and William Cannon location.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza on a whim. It was delicious. I also bought some wings… also delicious. So, here’s my thing… Prior, Pappa J’s has good pizza, but crap for wings. Pizza Hut pizza sucks, but has great wings. I think I’m a Domino’s fan now.

This place sucks. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza. They quoted me one price, then show up at my door with a price a lot higher. Starving, and after waiting almost an hour what am I going to do. Pay it. So I tried calling them to verify the price, their phones are conveniently closed. Should have just driven to the south Lamar location instead of waiting on jacked up priced shitty delivery.
