Edwin, you are so right! Took 10 months to fix. Said that they were going to buy the RV back. Lies. Poor customer service in my opinion! Never going to recoup my money. What a sham !

Don’t buy here
They will treat you like crap once you purchase and the VIP is a screw you system for higher prices products
The reception is a rude and hateful tramp of a girl

Awful service department. Just awful. The front desk says $ 3.00 to change a battery, then they charge $ 50 PER BATTERY!!! That is $ 150 to change three batteries! I could have done it in 15 minutes for all three! They say, «bring it in and we’ll take a look» and then charge $ 50 hours per hour for diagnostic (not that big a deal except it takes them HOURS — yes, 4 hours — to diagnose why a generator is not working!!! Then parts and labor for them to let us know (another $ 350) to fix. $ 750 to diagnose and fix the main on a generator. Rip off.
Save yourself the trouble and money and just take your rig to a competent mechanic.
