I stop at this location about once a week. Rotate between ordering inside and drive thru. They are always on point. ALWAYS! The drive thru is very efficient and quick. The staff behind the counter inside are always friendly and efficient. CFA is a very busy popular brand and they do the best they can with the crowd they get.

if i’m ever near a chik fil a I will go a grab a chicken sandwich. I have tried other things on the menu but its not as good as the classic chicken sandwich.

Always a fan of Chick-​Fil-​A can’t ever go wrong with chicken. Love this location for breakfast. Service is always fast and friendly. Busy location though. The drive thru is a tight squeeze for bigger cars. The parking lot is kind of small, but the food is always good and orders are accurate.

Never thought I’d write a review for a Chick-​Fil-​A, but here I am. The staff at this location was so friendly and professional when we had lunch here today, which is very unexpected and a pleasant surprise from a fast food restaurant. I mentioned that I kind of wanted a cup of coffee and even though it was in the middle of the day the cashier said she’d be happy to make a fresh pot. After we are, my 2 ½ year old had a potty training accident. My husband and I were thoroughly embarrassed and our son was crying because he’d had an accident. The staff told us not to worry, cleaned it up quickly, and gave our toddler a sticker to cheer him up. We really appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they didn’t make us feel worse or act like they were inconvenienced. While we might have been embarrassed to return elsewhere, they will get out business again!

As always, very yummy! Great place for both kids and adults. The fried and the grilled chicken are amazing!

This Chick Fil A «takes the cake» in every way. The floors and tables are always clean, the staff is always polite saying, my pleasure with a smile… when you thank them and they know how to run a «rush» in the drive thru (double lining it with allowing payment on the curb as you say the order to a team member). But the crowning jewels are their special activities for families and the fresh flowers on the tables. I went inside recently and noticed
the flowers, touched one thinking it artificial and was surprised when I smelled it that it was real… I sat the glass vase down and sat down to eat. A few minutes later the manager came over and gave me a flower to take home… how nice! So… if

I love this place which is why I am so disappointed with my experience with this location.
My chicken sandwich is always hot and delicious. The staff is always friendly. My fries are always cold.
As soon as I pull out of the drive thru and open the bag the fries are already cold and I still have to drive to my destination! I also always go during the peak lunch hour, a time when all food should be hot because of the amount of business. They have to be constantly making fried to keep up I would think?
Everything else about this place rocks… I really hope they can work on serving hot fries!!!

This location is the absolute worst at drive thru. I’ve gone here on multiple occasions and my fries and food are always cold and soggy! I’ve even asked if the fries aren’t fresh I don’t want them, the drive thru girl said the cooks would drop fresh ones, nope. Not fresh. The people doing the drive thru are RUDE and short every time. I get it, way back when I have worked drive thru, you’re trying to make your ticket times and it is fast food but there is no need to be that rude. I could dismiss it if it was a one time occasion, we all have our bad days, but it’s pretty much everytime I go here. Probably never going to this location again.

Service is good, food is good. Parking is bad during lunch hours. This place is just always packed and busy, but it’s understandable cause it’s chick-​fil-​A. It can be tricky to get out if your trying to get onto Parmer. There is a little side exit on the side where Panda Express is, much easier to get out if you are trying to make a right onto Parmer. There is also a light stop, on the exit next to Starbucks, but often very long lines, and very short green.

I stood there dumbfounded… they got my order ready WHILE I WAS STILL IN LINE. Then they asked me if everything was ok halfway thru the meal… I don’t remember the last time I was treated this well in a restaurant.
Oh and get this (please don’t do it to them as I did not plan ahead very well) I ordered a nugget tray after my meal. They usually require several hours to a day head notice. I sat down, pulled out my phone ready to wait for 30min for the impromptu nugget tray… then they brought out the tray. I don’t think it was even a minute! This chik fil a location is insanely fast!

Manager needs some adjustment. I love Chick-​fil-​A. I eat at them often. I hate posting negative things, but will when it’s due. The «common» staff was excellent. The food was very good as usual. The place is well cared for and clean. It’s not busy at the moment. There has been an average of about 5 tables since I’ve been sitting here. When I approached the counter to get some more sauce I passed the manager (young male) and another worker. The real «worker» had his hands full. The manager did not. I looked right at him and was about to ask him my question, but he turned away from me and walked behind the counter and then stood there. Another kind «common worker» saw that I needed something and came from the other end of the counter to help me. I’d love to just take him aside and give him a polite lesson, but after watching him for a few minutes I have decided that would be pointless. It appears he knows everything already. I might be incorrectly assuming that about him, but my perception is reality. On the flip side, there is a female working who also seems to be a manager and she just offered to fill my drink. Thank you young lady. Time to get my milk shake… Fred had a chance to redeem himself. I caught him at the counter and asked for my vanilla shake. I showed him my receipt and he looked at it, appearing to read it. But I just discovered he can’t read. He fixed me a strawberry shake. He is probably s nice guy, but he either doesn’t like me, doesn’t care about me, is intimidated by me, or he has no clue what he is doing. Sorry Fred, but sometimes a person needs a dose of reality. I believe the other managers name is Michelle. Good job Michelle. Fred, if you want to be the best and go far, then take this review and learn from it. If I didn’t like Unilocal so much I would probably send a pm to the owner. I hope this helps make this store a 5 star instead of a 4 star. Buck up. Do better. Eat mor chikin.

I’m so glad this didn’t stay closed for long. Great healthy food when you are on the run! Nice remodeling. Will be back weekly.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-​fil-​a. The manager, Andrea, gave us the best customer service. She came by to see how we were doing and even refilled our drinks for us. If you come here, ask for Andrea to help you.

I like this location as it is super close to work and home. I was bummed when they were closed for renovations because I couldn’t get my fix (though I am not really sure what they renovated as it looks the same, but I only go through the drive-​thru and not inside… they have a new speaker/​menu kiosk, but that is all I have noticed).
The staff is always courteous and they are quick (the line moves fast, even when it is backed up out to MoPac) and the fries and nuggets here are always perfectly made (never soggy or overcooked like other locations). I even love that they throw in an extra honey mustard for me without asking!
My only gripe is it is a maze to get in and especially out of the drive-​thru here! And i realize that is more to do with the terrible design of the Parmer shopping plaza they are located in rather than this location itself, but i was kind of hoping the recent renovations would include a better exit from the drive-​thru rather than just the one that spits you out to the MoPac frontage road and is an accident waiting to happen, especially during rush-​hours. Because of this, I have refrained from visiting during lunch/​dinner hours as much as possible and have limited satisfying my cravings to late night visits.

When determining a rating for certain location in a fast food chain, I only count the quality of the food if it is lower than the average of all locations within the chain. When you go to a chain, 9 times out of 10 you know what quality to expect. With this Chick-​Fil-​A, the food is exactly what it should be, exactly what I’ve always gotten from any Chick-​Fil-​A. The 5 star rating I’m leaving is purely based on customer service. Yeah, the parking lot situation isn’t the best, but it’s right off an expressway in Austin, so what can you expect? The fact that I can pull into the drive thru line at 6 pm with 12 cars in front of me and still receive my order in less than 10 minutes completely makes up for it. My order always comes out fresh, hot, quickly, ACCURATELY, and with genuine kindness from the employees.

Since I live equidistant from both the Braker Ln and Parmer locations, I tend to alternate between the two. It’s sad to say that during the same hours, the Parmer location has consistently given me colder, less fastfood fresh than compared to the one at Braker. The fries are less crispy and more soggy and the nuggets/​tenders are not as hot as the ones from Braker. I would’ve thought the process would be identical since they are both chickfilas, but alas after going to the Parmer location many times, it’s noticiably worse off.

Both times I have been here have been for breakfast as I’m passing thru Austin. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo and the hash browns were steaming hot as if they were just made, the sandwich was fresh as well and I was, overall, happy with the taste of everything.
–1 grade because I don’t know how the egg is made, but I put jelly on that thing and it just beaded up and rolled right off. Now I’m having a Food Inc. moment!

Both times I stopped in here, my orders were correct as well as my co-​workers orders.

It’s Chick-​FIl-​A — for a fast food restaurant the menu is a little bit more limited than most, but it is higher-​quality tasting than most so I’ll compromise on this one.
Service: C
This location only has a single drive thru lane so it was very slow moving for around 9am. There were about 4 cars in front of me and the average time per car seemed around 5 – 6 min/​each which indicates poor morning prep.
Price: B
Some of Chick-Fil-A’s prices are noticeably higher than their competitors. For instance, I love salads and for a salad and a drink at Chick-​Fil-​A I’ll pay just under $ 10. Traditionally, salads are more expensive at most restaurants but Chick-​Fil-​A seems to have their own premium on top of the industry average.

Friendly enough. Slightly understaffed. In-​store orders were starting to pile up while the employees worked the drive-​through. Still consistently good food, though.

I can’t say that any stands out at this location, as compared to the others. The food’s about as good as you can get (for fast food), and I enjoy the simplicity of the menu.
The only bad thing I have to say about this location is that it seems like my food is never piping hot. It’s always just «warm.» I wish they were more like the Braker Lane location — my food always comes out boiling lava hot when I’m there.
Anyway, it’s Chick-​Fil-​A… you know what you’re getting yourself into — it’s not like you need me to tell ya!

Ok… let me preface this by letting you know I quit smoking 3 days ago! I have been trying not to eat everything in site, but IT IS TOUGH. Sooo… maybe after regaining some of my taste buds, OR all of the GODS were hovering over the CHIC at the same exact time… the freaking Chicn– minis WERE absolute demonic perfection! I could feel these calories launching their own war on the acids in my stomach, and I didn’t care!
This was not my first experience with the army of minis… just don’t remember this kind of feeling… EVER…hmmmm.
