The food is very good!!! You will enjoy! I am from Southeast Texas, born and raised on Louisiana Cajun Food. This is some of the best short order Cajun food this far from home and it is from a «food truck». The service was friendly and appreciative. I will definitely go back for seconds. The grilled pork chop with mixed veggies and shrimp, oh yeah! Le Bön Ton Roule!

We had a sampler and it was ok. The wings were quite amazing — juicy and with a great rub. The ribs were dry and too salty. The fries could have had some salt or seasoning. I think we ordered the wrong thing — all fried. We will be back to try the pork chops.

Excellent. I had the grilled pork chop with shrimp and it was great. Good flavors, tender and moist. I really enjoyed it.
The service was very good. The trailer was having an electrical issue at the time of my visit and the drinks had been stored in the deep freeze. When I opened my Diet Coke, it sprayed over a wide area. Without my asking, the gentleman running the trailer went over and bought me a replacement from a neighboring trailer.
I will be back. I enjoyed the food and am extremely appreciative of the extra customer service effort.
