Bank of America

WORST BANK IN AMERICA should be their name. I went in this bank to cash a B of A check written out to me. I am not a Bank of Bullcrap customer so they insisted that I could NOT CASH THE CECK WITH THE TELLER!!! Instead she demanded that I sit and wait in line for an actual associate that sits in the office doing things like opening accounts.
Seriously! They wanted me to wait 3^rd in line to see the only customer service person available in the bank. This is a complete JOKE! Never again will I accept a BofA check, ever!!!

I recently visited this Bank of America to get a document notarized and received very poor customer service. After presenting two valid IDs (military and drivers license) the associate, Frank Garza, asked me to sign my name on a blank piece of paper. Feeling discriminated against I asked to see the bank manager, Melissa Wagner, and she refused to assist me and didn’t even ask to see my IDs to check if they were valid, she just wrote me off and said that there was nothing that she could do. I called their district manager, Tiffany Schaup, 5 times and she never returned any of my phone calls. I returned to the bank and spoke with the assistant manager, Sayra De La Cruz and she assisted me in filing an official complaint and she reassured me that my experience doesn’t represent Bank of America customer service standards. This experience has given me the impression that the small banking customer is not important and I DO NOT recommend banking their.

Fast and friendly; with a nice cup of coffee and lollipops for the kids!!! I had to tell them this morning that I could never be in and out so quickly form a competitor’s place whose name starts with a C… :-) They got too many revolving new faces stopping you to ask questions!!!
It’s a pleasure to be with BoA for more than a decade.
I really like that I can just swipe my card in the lobby and make teller transaction; without having to filling deposit /​withdrawal /​transfer /​yada-​yada slips!!! Saves paper & time.
