Husband called office to find out if dentures were ready (had an appointment about 3 weeks ago). Phone rang and rang and then got a voicemail box that was full. Finally, drove up there to check on them in person and the office is CLOSED. Notice in the window: US BANKRUPTCY COURT. Great! Now what?

Service is unbelievably poor. Dr. Anthony Herron of Austin Texas has a very rude staff and I now se it as a reflection of his personal skills. I have shown up for appoints where Dr. Herron didn’t even bother returning from lunch. The office staff is confused about his location and besides waiting hours before being seen, they have lost my teeth twice. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT LOWER DENTURES for 2 months and my uppers do not fit correctly. I prepaid for this service and have yet to receive proper care. Dr. Herron won’t call me back, show up for appointments and his frustrated staff will treat patients with no kindness or respect… Please Dr. Herron fix this mess you made in my mouth or give me my money back so that i can afford proper care
