I came here on the recommendation of an ergonomist who I had had come to my apartment and help me figure out the best way to set up my sit/​stand desk and chair. It turns out I didn’t buy a chair that was right for my body, and she said I needed to go to Ergoprise where they will fit you for a chair.
Stephanie spent a lot of time with me showing me different chairs that would meet my needs and how to adjust them. I decided on one that REALLY supports my spine. It feels so great, and my shoulders aren’t slumped forward. I also got this cool separating keyboard and an Oyster mouse that’s better for your hand than a normal one.
I hope my neck appreciates all this TLC!
