New Generation Pools of Austin

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst. The owner Neal Puckett flat out lies. The scheduling is terrible. We are 10 and a half weeks into our build (the contract says they will be done in 10 weeks) and no where close to done. In 42 days we had FOUR days of work done! In the whole time there has been a total of 12 days of work done on our pool. The backyard looks like a war zone. This company is awful. Neal will give you verbal deadlines and completely break them. June 27^th he told us they would be building our summer kitchen in two and a half weeks. It’s August 25^th and nothing. He will not return texts or answer calls. We are 100k in and probably going to have to consult a lawyer. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
UPDATE: It is now the middle of February. Permits are still on my window and they have not fixed the drainage issues in the pavilion. They offered to pay for a garden path, pay for some sod and add a concrete pad if I would take this review down. They had a company install the garden path but nothing else has been done. Today we got an affidavit of a lien from the company because they were not paid for the path! This has honestly been a NIGHTMARE! Almost a year and this project is not completed. The only person that worked there that gave a damn has since left. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
