Never returns call. Poor service. DO NOT use this company

I called the company, spoke to a gentleman on the phone, he said he would come by to look at my house as he did want to give me a quote over the phone. He claimed they do other services which would be perfect for me as I needed a handy man and a cleaner.
He said he would come by that same day, which it was Sunday so I was a little unsure about that because people say they will do something and then don’t, and he assured me he would come.
I he no called and no showed, I tried calling the company 4 times and have only gotten vm which I left one and still have not heard back.
I would say not to waste your time.

I LOVE this company, I’ve been using them for almost 4 years now and have never been disappointed. The staff is truly outstanding, the work is exceptional and their prices are reasonable. Moreover, the owner will text message you as to when the staff will be arriving. One one occasion, they were running a little late and didn’t want to disappoint me so they came to my place around 9pm and stayed until almost midnight. They were cleaning my parents place for their return, so no one was there at the time and no one was inconvenienced. A few years later, they were running slightly behind and came to my place at 7pm and worked well into the night, just so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. I love their dedication to their customers. On numerous occasions, I’ve had to call and ask for immediate service and they always manage to accommodate me, even in the busiest of weeks. The owner, Alfredo is available by text, any hour of the day or night and is quick to respond to requests and always seems to have a really positive attitude about it as well– I love that. I recommend ATX cleaning Services to anyone whose looking for a great price, great work, with friendly and reliable staff.

Please be wary of this company. They overbook and then lie when they can’t make it to your home to clean. I really needed someone to clean our rental because new tenants were moving in. I called and confirmed several times and they gave me a time frame that they would be out. Confirmed again the night before. They never showed up leaving me scrambling to find someone else.

I don’t normally post reviews on the internet but after the experience I had with ATX Cleaning Services, I felt that I had to warn everyone about this company! My roommate selected ATX over Molly Maid and More Hands specifically because their prices were low but now I know why. Because they make up the cost BY STEALING FROM YOU!
First of all, they did not show up when they were supposed to… In fact, they were so late (by 6 hours to be exact) that I had to reschedule them to come the next day, which they were ALSO two hours late for. But wait, that’s not even the worst part…
I had a brand new, sealed Microsoft Office software (worth $ 100) magically disappear from my room after their services — I know this because I was planning on returning it to Best Buy and purposely put it by my bed so I would not forget it. After speaking with «TONY» (Btw, he’s the one who posted the 5-​star rating before this review…) he reassured me that they would send a claim to their insurance company and I would be reimbursed. I faxed them my receipt for the software and everything. To keep it short and simple, 5 MONTHS LATER, I still have yet to see a check. They have avoided my calls and still refuse to provide any information about their insurance company or even their «office’s» physical location (notice they only provide a PO Box address). It gets better… I had been patient with them for months but as soon as I started to express my anger to Tony, he told me he just started working for the company last month! He has a VERY distinct voice and I know I have been speaking with him since DAY 1 of this mess. It’s even his voice on the voicemail recording! He is a joke truly to be laughed at.
Bottom line: it turns out ATX CLEANING SERVICES IS NOT BONDED OR INSURED as they claim, Tony is a terrible liar, and it is a company of thieves. I have always tried to support local businesses but from now on, I will be trusting only the real professionals.
Please don’t put yourself at risk because you want to save $ 20. Learn from my mistake and choose another cleaning service!
EDIT (4÷3÷15): In response to Alfredo’s comment below, I was indeed a customer and though he claims to be insured, he refused to provide me the name of the insurance company so that I could put in a claim for my lost property. If ATX Cleaning was insured, then why not just let them handle it so we could get this issue resolved professionally? Such a fraud. Many years later and I still stand by my review.

I called and spoke to the owner, Alfredo Reyes directly. He scheduled to come out for a deep clean on a Sunday. He quoted me a price that I found very reasonable.
He arrived with one of his employees on time and they spent 5 hours cleaning my house. My wife and I were thrilled with the work.
Alfredo even went as far as to follow up with me the next day to make sure we were satisfied.
This service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Exceeded expectations.
