It’s was my first time, I was there coz my regular threading place is closed on Sunday and it was the only closest option for me. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded from here. Services were average, though I found it to be a very unprofessional setting, the place is kept shabbily, I think it was not moped for days! Not cool! Also there was a toddler at the salon, which I am guessing will be the child of one of the ladies who do threading. The child was running around in the salon unattended which I thought was very unsafe for the kid. I felt uncomfortable over there, I don’t think I will go there ever again.

You get what you pay for! I was trying to save money from my usual eyebrow place that is $ 20. The lady understood English and I clearly said a «clean up please do NOT make them thin. She wanted to argue with me that thin looks good. Now I have one thin and thick eyebrow because I wouldn’t let her make the other thinner. I’ll just use my eyebrow pencil ugh, so disappointed.

They do not offer free lip thread with check in. The lady flat out said they don’t do that. But I guess the service was fine.

The first time I went to get my eyebrows threaded I had a great experience. I didn’t get the name of the girl but she was younger and she was awesome she listened to what I wanted if I knew her name id give her 5 stars. The second time was horrible. I asked to keep my eyebrows thick and the threading lady decided to reshape them and make them so Thin. I’d give her a 0 If I could she was on the phone the entire time I was there. I would call ahead to make sure she isn’t there next time

Did a wonderful job on my Browz! Only $ 7. Nice, clean space too. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
There are a few locations. Her daughter runs one of the other ones.
You also get a punch-​card. If you go 6 times, you get the 7th one free. This will be the place I frequent in Austin.
