They have come to my house twice and each time demanded payment for what they did that day and my washer has yet to be fixed. I could have replaced the washer for what I will have now in repairing it, I am not sure if they come out again that it will get resolved. Also I had a whirlpool rep. come out and they said they didn’t even use the right parts. Very disappointed.
