They usually have coffee ready but not always the kind I prefer. Some employees are rude but others are very friendly and helpful. I guess that’s the, way it is everywhere but it shoukdn’t be. We all have a job to do, let’s try to do it the best we can. Remember«Customer Service». Also, TEAISNOTTAXABLE!

I washed my car here a few times. There is a sign that says save your receipts, 5th car wash is free! When I asked to redeem my free car wash, I was told, we don’t do that. I said the sign says you do. I was told, we don’t! We’re not corporate, we’re a franchise! Really? So maybe you should remove or cover the sign that says you do. I drove a few blocks down Riverside Drive and bought my gas and washed my car there. I won’t spend my money with this Franchise!

I hate 7 – 11 with a passion!!! They do BAIT and SWITCH pricing, and argue with you when you want to pay the price that is clearly advertised. Try it 9 times out of 10 you are paying .50 $- $ 1.00 more than you thought. for your beer. Its not much but its the principle, they are thieves! There is no away to make a complaint to the manager, they give no info to complain to corporate. It is not an accident, I have had this happen time and time again all over town, but this one is I right by my house so I have had it happen too many times, they are no longer getting my money. I wish we had Quick Trips in this town, 7 – 11 is a horrible business and slurpees suck anyway.
