l would just like to explain my experience with H&r Block. I had a issue with the direct deposit. The money was placed in my account then removed the very next day. Lucky for me I keep funds in all my accounts so I didn’t have to worry about overdraft happening. I called my bank they explained I need to call H&r block. I did. I was pushed off and told I need to call the irs even though I paid for your service. Well I guess calling the irs at 4:00 pm was to late cause after being on hold for hour the they hung up. So I called h&r block back. I was told that there is nothing that they can do so I should try to call again the next day. Next day comes I spoke with the irs they tell me no we sent the money to h&r block they are the ones that pulled your money out. So I went to the location the manager picked up and hung up the phone many time unclear of what number she should call about this issue. Once she called the right number I was told that they cut a check the day before(mind you this is the day I was pushed off by h &r block and told to call the irs) and it was placed in the mail. The point to this is instead of the manager looking in to my issue trying to help get it resolved trying to find a solution, it was easier for her to tell me to call the irs. I work in customer service. If I ever treated 1 of my customers they way I was treated I would be looking for a new job. Cause it comes down to the level of Expectations. At the end of the day if the manager would have tried to resolve my issue the 1st time I called, I would not so upset cause I could at least say she tried to help me. Needless to say I won’t be using H&r Block next year.
