Dude, what is happening to this place? The wings are literally SHRINKING. I used to be addicted to the wings, they were SO GOOD and big and crunchy. For the past three visits, we’ve just gotten these scrawny little nubbins in a basket with zero meat on them. What the heck?! Why would I want to gnaw on that?! The lemon pepper boneless wings are still good, but those are usually just a side order. C’mon, now.

Slow service. Dirty restaurant. I waited for 25 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even busy. I watched a whole 30 minute TV show on Netflix while waiting and still had time left. My fries were soggy and wings were not as crisp as I am familiar with from Wingstop. I will surely never return to this location.

Based on the last 2x I came here, this place is slowly going downhill when I ordered wings for the super bowl I ordered it 60 minutes ahead. They were very greasy. Just when I took a bite the grease oozed out and got on my shirt. I came back Tuesday and apparently prices went up. I’m ok with paying a dollar more for wings if they’re not the size of McNuggets and not boiled! My regular hit tasted rubbery and not crispy.

So, it had been almost a year since I had been here. The reason is because I had an issue with this location in the past and ended up writing a letter of compliant to head quarters. I thought I would give them another chance, what a BIG mistake. I place my order online and my total on line was $ 17.80, when I got there to pick up my order the girl at the counter rings me up and tells me my total is $ 19.83. I pull out my phone and show her my email and told her this is the total I was given via email. She says to me «well sometimes the online price is wrong this is your total» I give her a look like do you really think I’m that stupid and tell her if you want me to pay for this you will give it to me for the price I was told and get your system fixed. Yes a letter went to corporate again and this company has lost my business for good.

The staff is friendly but in 4 visits they have never got my order correct. My only request is for extra crispy/​crunchy. I hate soggy pink wings, they just feel undone to me. Each of my four visits the wings seem undone and since I tend to grab my bag and go I never find out until I get home. All four visits I’ve even nuked them or once I wrapped them in foil and let them bake, which sucks when you’re hungry and just want to eat. The location is convenient for me, but since they can’t seem to get this right, I switched to another location. I usually order my wings online, there is a checkbox for crunchy/​crispy. Its not that difficult. I don’t know what the problem is. 3 stars though because I know this is a people problem, not the brand.

I walked in during the last 7 minutes of the Broncos game to order take out. I ordered the 15 wing combo with fries for $ 20. I told them I wanted atomic and mango habenero. They made me try the atomic to make sure I liked it. I can’t blame them. It was very good and had a lot of flavor.
I then waited 30 minutes for my order which I thought to be excessive. I got my order and headed home.
The wings were smothered in sauce and very good. The size if the wings were average and not what I expected for $ 20. The large fries were pretty soggy, but tasted good with some blue cheese.
The people at the register were friendly. The wings tasted good, the wing size wasn’t as expected, and the fries were soggy. Overall 3 stars because your sauces were good.

I’m giving this visit to this store only 1 star. Very long wait for our order, and when it finally came, our fries were ice cold. We were not the only customers that had a bad experience. They were scrambling around trying to get orders out, but not doing a great job. The guy at the front (Daniel) held his temper and stress well, considering all the angry customers coming at him. The one star I’m giving is for the cold $ 1 beers!

I don’t understand the hate. It’s no better or worse than BWW, except they have $ 1 draft beer… Including Angry Orchard cider! I wouldn’t come here looking for a big sports atmosphere, but the wings are perfectly fine. You might wonder why four stars if I didn’t love it… It’s because I think they’re doing fine for what they’re doing. I have few complaints I can come up with. Except maybe the fact they charge you for dipping sauce, but at least they gave me a big container of ranch– no tiny cups like other places.

This place used to have terrific customer service but now it just seems they couldn’t care less. I never used to have to check my takeout for accuracy before leaving but I learned today that I should have. When I called to tell them my order was wrong they offered no apology and were very rude and cavalier about the whole thing. Too bad, this place used to be a favorite of mine.

It’s FREEZING in here! Bring a sweater.
I ordered the lunch special with Chips and Salsa.
They brought the chips and salsa WITH my salad, not before.
The chips are super salty but crunchy and fresh.
The salad was a HUGE disappointment!
Super dry chicken, wilted veggies and tomatoes that smelled like fish?! How does that even happen?
I did however, enjoy my boneless wings. The beer was cold and the waitress kept my water full.
Overall, there are better places in this shopping complex to eat. If you JUST want wings and beer, you’ll be fine.
I wouldn’t trust anything else.
The manager did take the salad off my bill. They even comped the chips, salsa and boneless wings. That’s what took them from 1 star to 3!

Lemon pepper & Louisiana rub wings — 6 piece for under $ 8. I thought I was ordering just the wings but ended up getting fries & the drink. I had to toss more than ½ the fries unfortunately because strangely, I am not huge on eating them (weird right?). Lemon pepper remains my favorite flavor. The Louisiana rub was a bit salty for me. The wait here was really long because I think they may have been cleaning out the fryer (?). They open until midnight which was perfect for my late night craving. You can order online & avoid the wait a bit.

This place don’t even deserve one star. The wings were terrible !! Tasted maybe they were from the day before. The fries were soggy and uneatable with out globs of ketchup. The chicken was very dry and little. I do not recommend this place.

A little slow but totally worth it! I love there wings and chicken strips. Fries are good but a little too «soggy» for my taste. I would recommend calling and ordering over the phone if you want to do pick up instead of walk in and pick it up.

Horrible customer service. They advertise made to order but dont do so. When you ask if they are breaded or naked they have no clue what you are saying, its like you are speaking a different language. Plus the fries are bearly cooked. I suggest you find some place else to go.

Having been all over to try different places, I found that I had not been to a Wing Stop yet. What?, you say. It’s true… and I’ll never come back to this one. Here’s why:
Our waitress clearly did not care for her customers and maybe not even her job. The food took forEVER to arrive, as did drinks. The reason was obvious. We could see our server visiting & laughing with other servers for several minutes before even entering our order.
When drinks finally arrived, I asked her what my cocktail was made of. Her answer, «you know, I’m not much of a drinker, so you’d have to ask someone else». I couldn’t freaking believe my ears! But you can believe I’ll tell a LOT of people this story… and that’s how one server with a bad attitude can drag a business down.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited 30 minutes for 8 micro sized wings. My food was ready in 10 minutes and just sat on the to-​go rack as other people who came in after received their orders. Eventually the lady realised she had forgotten to give me my order, she acted like they just came out of the kitchen. They were cold. Fries were soggy. So dissapointing. This was my second visit here, and my last. The first time I got very bad food poisoning, but since it had been 4 years since that incident, I hoped things would have changed by now. Boy, was I wrong. The women in the back don’t even use gloves while shaking your wings!!! I will continue to eat at buffalo wild wings across the street from now on. The wings are full sized and the to-​go cashiers are actually friendly. Take your business elsewhere, folks. This place is a hole in the wall. I will be contacting a manager after this experience.
