Waited r0+ minutes on a 10pc of wings. Part of the wait was that my order was not labeled when it came out. I checked with staff on order multiple times before someone figured it out. By the time I got home wings weren’t anywhere near hot which is great given that they’re made to order.

Just called to place an order. Should have come here to read the reviews first. A guy answered the phone, literally left me on hold for 15 min. I decided to add a call with my phone and called them on the other line. A girl answered this time, who sounded as if she had marbles in her mouth. I don’t even know what she said. I asked her did she realize there was someone on hold for 15 min on the other line, she said they didn’t have another line. That was a lie because I hit redial to get the very same number I was already holding on. Incompetence and bad customer service will get you one less customer every time. Whatever they’re paying this retarded crew of imbeciles, they’re paying them too much.

I have been to this location a few times because it is convenient for my drive home. It is consistently bad and we won’t be back. Now they are expanding??? How? The fries were not cooked all the way and brown like either the grease was old or the fries were left out to turn, which has happened before, the wings were tiny compared to what we usually get and the staff is rude. Every time I call they are rude and unable to muster up a thank you or even a hello how may I help you. Its called customer service. Our wings were over done and small, did I mention SMALL. I called this location to speak to the owner since they are a franchise, the lady who was a supervisor didn’t know is number or his last name? Really? I asked for the managers phone number, she didn’t know it? Ok I asked her how do you get a hold of him if there is an issue, then she hung up on me. I then contacted the franchise corporate office, I got a thanks for letting us know email and that it would be passed on to the owner. After reading all of the reviews, I don’t think he will be calling me back. Everyone I know who has gone to this location has had the same issue. WON’T BEGOINGBACKEVER.

O Hell No this place is shady like no other So I came into this WingStop during happy hour and it seemed like I got jewed in that hour with made up orders don’t get me wrong the food was Fantastic but the cashier and the servers r either deaf or stupid but in my opinion I say both.

This place is a man’s paradise! Bomb wings, $ 1 drafts, and sports on everywhere in variety! What more can one ask for? Well– my only complaints are that the online orders are not always ready per the time given upon ordering and for the fact that draft beef refills can take a long time when the customer line gets long. Otherwise, amazing!

Most unprofessional establishment. Placed an order on line. Arrived 15min later. Neither the manager, nor the two«women» giggling and PLAYING with the hot oil, even asked my son about his order. The wings are kinda good it’s hard to mess up a wing, but for some reason the wings are missing something. The counter help is a very weird experience… there’s a vampire of some sorts working it with this«really another customer attitude» that creeps you out. The sugar flavored fries were not my thing. The pop tasted like craps also no flavor. Woodys wings was closed being a Tuesday so we went to wingstop. note to self no wings on Tuesday.

Order wings by phone. Was told it would be 30 minutes! We got there at 45 minute. Wings still were not done. We actual got are 50 wing family pack 1 hour and 45 Minutes later! I understand your busy but don’t tell me to be there in 30 if it’s going to take you triple that to complete my order. Lots of other people had the same problem that night. Manager didn’t apologize or give discount or anything just stood there as her employees sank! Sad liked this place will go somewhere else from here on out! Golden flame on Hampden ave here we come!

I wish I could give a good rating for the food alone but service has to weigh in somehow. They say 16 minutes, was more like 30. The guy taking the food order was terribly rude to the point I asked if everything was ok, seemed very annoyed to explain how the quantities of different flavor are ordered. Looked like they’ve expanded the interior to seat more customers but not sure the already overwhelmed staff can handle it. Disappointed in service but the food is good. Not the best wing in town but best in a close proximity.

We just ate there for the first time and loved it. Food was hot, well-seasoned, and the staff was friendly and prompt. The dining room was clean and there was no wait on a Friday night. Definitely recommended!

Ryan and Larissa had 0 customers in the restaurant got my pick up order wrong. Called in to let them know, they offered free ranch dressing on my next visit. Poor customer service. If you are offered ranch, you should get ranch. I asked that they offer something else to not have to return to the store in a snow storm, they said nothing be free ranch. I guess I’ll have to talk to Hector tomorrow and maybe get free celery. Probably without ranch again. About to loose a regular customer over a $ 10 combo.

Go for the wings… not for the fries. Some bizarre sugar coating on them that I can not stomach. First time eating here, I thought someone mistakenly sugared the fries instead of salting them. Second time, I had forgotten and tried to eat the sugar fries again. What is that!!! I think my Mom called them from out of state and told them I have high blood pressure and should also have the salad instead! Awesome, awesome wings! Just work on saltin’ those fries…

***This Wingstop is okay and conveniently located right off the freeway; Wingstop is a nice alternative to the burger fast food joints all over the country(they feature chicken wings and boneless chicken wings dunked in many different sauces), unfortunately, Wingstop does not offer the significantly-better-than-fast-food options like other small fast food chains(Potbelly)*** This Wingstop is located in a retail and fast food plaza that has its own free parking lot. It is easy finding an open parking space.
