I agree the wings are tiny and their customer service is lacking. They seem to always mess up my order. Several times that I’ve gone the wings have been tiny and I’ve asked for fries with no sugar and always manage to get that part right. I’m sorry I don’t like fries with sugar.

My wife and I have been visiting Wing Stop since we discovered it back in our home state of Ohio. When we moved to Illinois, we were thrilled to see there was one in Aurora. We’ve visited this location about 3 or 4 times. The other three times were OK, but our experience on yesterday was very angering. I called in an order of 10 Louisiana rub wings. Went to pick them up, but had a difficult time finding the restaurant in the plaza. For a second I thought they moved to another location and failed to update their address. It was slightly better, but still a bad professional example… Their sign wasn’t lit. If I couldn’t see it in the parking lot, I’m sure potential customers from the street won’t see it.(The owner of this franchise needs to correct this) The main issue is the size of the wings. They were literally the size of one of those mini flashlights you carry on your key-chain! Barely any meat at all! «Can I have some meat with my chicken bones please?» My wife called to voice her concerns and the person on the phone told us they’ve been getting complaints about this from several other customers because the wing distributor they switched to only sends them«little wings.» I’m all for non-genetically modified wings, but I doubt Wing-Stop sources organically. What’s more concerning is that with multiple complaints about the same issue, this would be a cue to correct the problem. Oh no, not here. Frankie(male), the manager of the location called back and said there was nothing that could be done even though it’s a known issue! To serve wings an infant would be hungry after eating, be argumentative on the phone with my wife and lose a customer(as they have) shows that this franchise isn’t concerned about customer service or quality food. They told my wife there was nothing they could do because the food was already eaten. We live about 20 mins away from this location and I wasn’t going to drive back that evening as it was a long day at work. Nothing they could do as the food was already eaten huh? Well, I had a poor food experience with Pub 56 the other day where their beer battered cod wasn’t cooked all the way. NOTONLY did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they allowed us a free order the NEXTDAY for more than what the ORIGINAL order was worth! If I do go to Wing-Stop, it won’t be to this location. I’d rather go to the Naperville location which is out of my way, but I’m banking on a better experience. The Aurora location’s customer service, quality and professionalism are all… TERRIBLE. Stay away from this location. It’s no wonder this location is struggling.

Visited for the first time last night. The Sauce was good but the wings were way too small. Because of the size I had to give it only 2 stars. For a place that specializes in wings, my husband and I expected much more. Disappointing! Won’t be back.

Filthy. Just walked into Wingstop for the first time, and within three minutes walked backed out(without ordering food) because it was so filthy. The first table up front was filthy with food scraps and used napkins, on the table, all over the floor, and all over the infant high-chair. Second table up front, same thing, food scraps and used napkins all over the table and floor.(From my personal experience as a waitress, I would say that there were several messy kids, the ones that leave more food on the floor than in their mouths). Looked around the aisle to check out the remainder of tables. Distingustingly filthy dining area. Why? There was only one table of customers in the back. Not busy. Two employees slacking off, with no customers to serve, empty parking lot, no reason for this place to be so dirty. If the front of the house is this filthy, I can only imagine the lack of foodservice sanitation in the kitchen. Yuck! We left without ordering food. This is the first, and LAST time we will ever go into a Wingstop.

The servings are very small and the tables have food on them from previous diners. First and last time I will be eating here.

Food is on par with any Wing Stop location, but for some reason the owner or manager just can’t seem to figure out that this place gets majorly busy every night for dinner(or just on the two occasions, I’ve felt like wings at around 6pm). The ONE cook and ONE girl working the register and phone can’t even begin to stay on top of the ridiculous amount of orders piling up almost constantly. The wings are good, the seasoned fries are amazing but I’m not sure it’s worth the trouble or wait to really ever order from this location again.

I love wingstop’s food but this location sucks! First time going to this location, I ordered online and the food was not ready on time, and they were out of rolls! After I left I noticed that I didn’t have any fries! I called back and returned and got my fries– no apologies or anything. Then, I got home and realized they didn’t give me any ranch either!!!

Ate here today for the second time… Food was pretty good. Was hot and fresh. I ordered the Mango Habanero wings and they were just right! Fries were also good. Service was quick and gentleman who assisted me was friendly and had great manners. When I asked for an IBC drink vs a fountain drink, another female worker who I assume was on break, stared at me as if it was absurd that I was asking for that. The gentleman kept saying but ma’am it’s a dollar more. I’m like I don’t think an extra dollar will break my pockets at this point. That annoyed me a bit but overall I was satisfied with my experience and would recommend this place.

Workers smoking out front held the door and greeted me as I walked in behind her. She walked in through the kitchen and ask for my name. She the reached for my bag and I immediately asked her if she could do me a favor and wash your hands. She pleasantly abliged. I paid for my food and left. Please God«tell me they washed their hands prior too preparing it»… The food was good though.

My experience at this Wing Stop was going to be 2 stars, but I bumped it up due to the fact that the manager tried to make it right. Let me explain… So I had a hankering for some saucy boneless wings from B-Dubs. It was really out of the way though, and Wing Stop was on my way home so I thought I’d give them a try. My husband suggested calling ahead, but I found out you can order online so I went that route instead. Their online ordering system is really simple(or so I thought). I placed an order for 15 boneless wings — a mix of honey BBQ and teriyaki. The total when all said and done came out to about $ 13. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, which was perfect because we were on our way. When we got there the girl at the counter seemed super confused. She was rambling about how they didn’t get the order and she had to get her manager or something. She comes back and says her manager must be in the bathroom because she couldn’t find him, so we had to wait. A few minutes later the manager approaches. He apologizes and said they had an issue with their printer and the order wasn’t brought to their attention. He assured us he’s get our order going and it would be ready in 5 minutes. He also gave us a discount bringing my total down to about $ 8. The restaurant was empty with the exception of one table. There was a huge table full of garbage when we walked in and the place looked kind of dirty. By the time we left one of the associates did start cleaning up though. Sure enough about 5 min later our wings were rest and the manager apologized again. After glancing back at my Unilocal app and reading tips from others, it turns out online orders is just not in the cards for them and this was not the first time they’ve messed up an order. The third star is honestly for the wings themselves. They totally hit the spot and the sauces are great. The boneless wings are a good size. My favorite of the two was the teriyaki. They were nicely separated in my to-go container which I appreciated since the wings have two different distinct tastes. I read online that there’s the option to order your wings extra crispy and I think I will do that next time.

I really enjoy this wing stop the food is really tasty to me and the customer service is good enough! I usually like to dip my fries in their ranch lol I don’t know… Something about the taste of their fries and ranch together is just perfection. I do agree with previous reviews that sometimes the cashier or someone doesn’t pay attention, the last time I ordered from here they forgot my ranch and I had to eat the fries with ketchup which was truly disgusting. So before you leave always double check your bag to make sure they didn’t forget anything.

The food was good but the employee there does not pay attention to anything except her cellphone. If you don’t ask for your food you will be sitting there for upwards of half an hour waiting. When we asked why she didn’t let us know our order was ready for pick up she told us herself«i wasn’t paying attention».

I’ve been here twice, cause the second time I forgot why I didn’t like it the first time. The service was not the problem for me… although when somebody tells me «it’ll be about a 4 minute wait» it cracks me up. Not 5 or 3, but«about» 4 minutes. To me, the problem here is the food. I ordered wings and got two different kinds and they put them in the same container… with just a thin slice of paper in-between. So my Garlic Parmesan Wings(which, I never say this… had too much garlic on them) was now mingling in with my Hawaiian Wings(which were gross because they had too much sauce on them). Sweet and Intense Garlic… weird combo. These wings were greasy and small. They look nothing like the picture and cost an arm and a wing(I mean leg). Buffalo Wild Wings are better… and they’re not good either. Don’t waste your time on these wings. Just fly on by.

Worst experience ever, ordered 50 wings. They messed up the order. We called and told them that we got wrong order, and asked them to please deliver the correct order since I was at work and couldn’t leave again. He said ok and wanted the other wings back. Then an hour passed and no one came to deliver the wings. I called and then the guy said they have nobody available to deliver. Said bring the other wings back and pick up your order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there is no manager at the location until tomorrow. Wings were good, but no concept of customer service. Will get wing stop wings but won’t go to this location. If I could give no star, I would. Owner of the business needs to really look at his business before it’s too late.

Disappointed. Ordered 20 wings, half original, half BBQ. Very dry, over cooked. When wings are your specialty then you should know how to cook them. Honestly, the Dominos near me has done much better with wings when ordering from them. This is the second Wing Stop near me I’ve tried, had the same issue with the place on Rt 59 in Naperville. Wing Stop you’ve proven your just not good at this.

I loved going here for lunch on Fridays. The service and food is awesome. It is very clean and so are the bathrooms. I enjoyed every wing I ate here and would have taken advantage of the five second rule, because this place is clean and the wings are good! My favorite wings are Parmesan Garlic and Louisiana Rub. Try them!

We would have loved to have tried the wings. There was one customer in the store when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon with our gift certificate. We were told that those are only accepted Monday-Thursday. Well — that was not on the certificate. Still — no wings. Can we speak to the manager — I am the manager. We would like to still use the certificate — no — it has to be Monday-Thursday. We drove 45 minutes to try this place. We heard good things. This guy was rude and would not budge on this Monday-Thursday rule. I hope he was happy with his one customer. We were a party of 4 that would have more than spent our certificate. Now he has this review, Facebook and other feedback to the corporate office. I still don’t know if the wings faste good or not — but as I can see from several posts here for this location customer service is not on the menu!

Love the hot boneless wings at this place. With the best ranch around they are the epitome of what a wing should be. I guess it’s a nugget if it’s boneless but whatever. the fries are good too. sometimes I’ve found that the fries are undercooked and overseasoned but lately they have improved on both fronts. I haven’t tried much else here besides the wings but I’d definiately recommend boneless over bone-in. the bone in experience here isn’t that great IMHO because of the size of the wings. kinda shrimpy compared to the big hunks of meat you get with the boneless.

What a terrible experience. Let me start by saying that I LOVE wings and was super excited about giving another restaurant a try as I usually end up at BWW when the craving hits… I found a gift certificate for this location and, based on other reviews, thought that it would be a good experience. I was wrong! I live about 20 mins away from Wingstop and only went because I had the gift certificate. I arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday night with my girlfriend. After looking over the menu for a few minutes deciding how to rack up the $ 35 we had to spend in order to use our gift certificate we approached the cashier to place our order. After I began to order I remembered to show her the gift certificate. She said to me, «I’m not sure if you know this but at this location we only accept one of those gift certificates each day. You can try calling in the morning or coming in early to use it.» I showed her the Terms & Conditions portion and pointed out that nowhere did it say anything along those lines. The only thing under special instructions that it said was minimum purchase of $ 35. Needless to say I was very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn’t in. Convenient… What kind of bizarre unwritten rule is that? These people don’t know how to run a business, and obviously didn’t want our business. It’s called false advertising… and it’s illegal! We took our business right back to Buffalo Wild Wings, where the wings may not always be perfect, but at least they know how to take care of their customers.

Great service, great wings. I go here when I don’t want to drive all the way to BWW. They never disappoint. Fries are awesome
