I stood in line for a long time while the two employees at the counter talking to the customer in front of me were complaining about how the manager does not provide adequate training. They called it trial by fire. They did not acknowledge me at all. Then after a while, someone who appeared to be the manager came from a back area. Sandwich in right hand typing with left hand. Totally unprofessional. She asked me if I had a reservation. When I indicated I had a truck to return she started helping someone else so she would not have to leave the counter or put her sandwich down! Unbelievable! Uhaul really leaves a lot to be desired where it comes to customer service and quality of employees. I guess that is why they are so much cheaper then everyone else.

I came here to refill the propane tank for my BBQ. There was only one person working so I had to wait a little bit, which is no big deal at all. The guy who was working was really friendly and was working as fast as he could to get to everyone quickly.
I love me some good customer service.
