The staff here are super nice, I’ve been coming here for 6 years now and they never once messed up with my coffee! The drive through traffic is a mess though. Other than that, the service is great!

I’ll give them 2 stars because the staff is typically very friendly and great. BUT I would highly recommend checking your drink before you leave!(Or drive away!) I work a block away so I stop here when I can and the past few times have been pretty awful! Today, I ordered a grande and I got a grande cup but it was only ¾. The time before this, I was given the wrong drink. Yes I should check first but isn’t that part of their job to make the right drinks? I’m a big fan of Starbucks but this location isn’t great. At all. If you can just hit the next Starbucks a few blocks down the road.

So totally missed the order window at the drive thru since I had never been here before but luckily no one was behind me waiting. I still offered to go back around after the cashier so unkindly reminded me that I had done so but then still took my order. Under pressure I ordered the two drinks I would normally ask for but really wanted to do something different so I asked if I could change one of the drinks promptly after ordering. After her second eye roll the cashier reluctantly yelled back to the other barista on duty that I wanted to switch my order. Had she not continued to immediately shut the window in my face prior to me finishing talking I believe the experience would have been easier for the both of us. I have a newborn and the only thing that keeps my husband and I going is our Starbucks coffee. Needless to say, the drinks are great here but the service below par. I think I will just stick to Starbucks at hampden and Dartmouth from now they are much kinder and generous staff wise. Two stars only because I love my coffee but regretted the lack of service.

Awful service every time I come in. As a former employee of Starbucks I expect a few simple things: a correctly made drink and no shady attitude thrown at me just for daring to darken your establishment with my presence, for starters. If I get either at this particular location, I consider myself lucky because on any given day, the baristas are bored, snarky, uninterested, or some combination of the three. I don’t think I have ever seen one smile at me or even pretend to be polite as they took my order, although I have noticed they are happy enough to chat quite easily with each other. My old manager would have kicked my a$$ for acting like that when I was with the company. Either their manager is too busy/uninterested in training them not to be rude, or he or she is just as bad. Please find better employees who have maybe one or two f**ks to give, instead of the obvious zero they presently do.

I love this starbucks. It is close to my work but even though there are 3 starbucks closer to my house we will usually drive out to this one. I have been going there for 3 years now and I have to be honest and say there are times when I do not enjoy my visit. Like every business they have employee turnover so sometimes I go in and there are mostly new people who are not always as friendly as they are focused on learning and perfecting their new job(those furrowed eyebrows are not them being snotty so much as them trying to remember what goes in your carmel macchiato). I can look at their behavior in a positive way because a month or two later when this newbie is now a regular barista I see that their customer service skills increase as well and they are confident enough in their job that they can take time to socialize more. Some of the employees know us by name. Most all the employees make my kids feels special when they come in, which I have to say is important. My kids are ages 4 and 6 and they like to order for themselves and some starbucks we go to are overtly annoyed at this, some will even ignore my kids and look to me for the order. Not this starbucks, they make my kids feels as important as all their adult customers, even when they are busy. I have seen the employees deal with all sorts of customers, the ones that are in a hurry and bark their orders and complain about the person in front of them taking too long to order, the ones who take too long to order because they have never been in a starbucks, the kids and so on… and they handle them well. Also, as someone who worked at starbucks for a few years(like 9 years ago) and I like that my drinks are consistent. I order the same thing every time I go and every time it tastes the same. That is not true at other starbucks. I order the same drink at the one by my house and each time it tastes different. I would also like to say Beth is our favorite employee. My kids absolutely love her because no matter how busy she is, she always manages to greet them with a huge smile and ask how they are.

This place is the worst. Got a latte and a breakfast sandwich in the morning and payed with $ 20 bill. Total was around 8 bucks or something and I was given $ 7 dollars back. It was dark in the morning so when I got my change in the drive through I immediately put it in my wallet to find out later at work I had been given $ 5 less. I had to call them and let them know. They said they’d call me back shortly.(Took 2 hours) to confirm what I already knew.(Yeah we stole your money). Told me to come back to get my $ 5 which this store was 20 minutes away from work. Once I got there it took a couple minutes for them to give me my $ 5 along with no apology, no coupon, and no discount or anything. Basically just a here’s your $ 5 sorry you caught us stealing your money. WORSTSTARBUCKSEXPERIENCEIVEEVERHADINMYLIFE and I’m from Seattle. NEVERRETURNINGHEREAGAIN! HOWAREYOU A CASHIERANDCANTDOMATH?! I got a grande coffee with cold soy milk. They charged me for the soy milk. When I mentioned that normally the Starbucks locations around the country don’t charge for soy, the cashier and his manager pushed back saying they have to charge for milk because they«topped it off for me.» It was actually handled very rudely and left me feeling like I was a bit of an idiot. I’ll just say that I get this coffee 3 – 4 times a week at various Starbucks around the country because I travel for business… and 95% of the time they don’t charge. When they do, I mention that it’s not an additional charge and they take it off. I couldn’t believe how rude they were… Disappointing.

I love this Starbucks and will continue to go here. Their service is perfect and speed is great. They focus on the customer through the whole experience. I ordered the Valencia orange beverage that was awesome and they made my son a delicious hot chocolate with hazelnut syrup. For most Starbucks locations they are nice and fast but can oftentimes not carry it through the whole experience and this does.

Did not greeted and they messed up the order! The tall guy with crazy hair(named Shawn) was rude and obviously can not make a frapp! The drive thru orders were more important then my order. Will not be coming back to this one

Called in an order because i was short on time, when i got to the store to pick it up they hadnt even started on it even though they had a 5 minute lead time and were not busy. the only reason i go to starbucks is for consistancy and professionalism but they lacked that at this location.

This is a great alternative location to Iliff and Parker Starbucks. Has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas. Close to 225, fast drive thru. Nothing to complain about. Alway delivers beyond expectation. Kudos to the staff!

As a Starbucks regular, I’m pretty much happy with all the locations I attend. This location is particularly friendly and has great service in the drive-thru. If I’m out and about and have an option to go to this location, then I do so.
